Great experience all round. No issues at all and very efficient. Never thought given our circumstances that we would receive a full mortage offer, however these magicians certainly worked their magic. Top tier service.

I cannot recommend AMS mortgages enough. What we thought was going to be impossible because of bad credit David and his team pulled it out the bag for us! Hit a little bump along the way but was kept calm and stress free. Communication was fast, clear and professional throughout. Really good service fast when I needed it

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish

David was really helpful, gave excellent advice and found a solution very quickly indeed.
He explained everything clearly and gave us the pros and cons of each of the courses open to us.
I never felt under pressure or influenced in any way, and the choices were left open to us.
David puts you at your ease straight away and, as the advertisement says, if he can't help you it isn't possible.
I would recommend going to him, as you will be talking to a person, not just ticking online boxes.

When i first contacted AMS solutions after the second May Bank Holiday. I was scared that i was apprehensive due to my previous mortgage offer falling through for my right to buy. However when speaking to Alex he gave me the reassurance i needed to trust AMS to help me. It can be very daunting when going through the mortgage process alone for the first time, especially finding the courage to get back on your feet after having a massive knockback elsewhere. However, Alex, Jack and Claire's help, guidance and belief in me wouldn't have gotten me my offer. After what felt like an endless mortgage journey, I cannot thank the team at AMS enough for getting me across the finish line.

What started as a simple mortgage porting application turned into an extremely complex case and, after 8 weeks of waiting, the application was ultimately declined. It was an incredibly stressful situation, especially as I was working against a deadline to secure my mortgage.

At one point, I was probably the talk of the office as the nightmare client! I’m fairly certain everyone knew my phone number off by heart from the number of times I called for updates. Yet no matter how many times I rang, every member of the team remained patient, professional, reassuring and genuinely happy to help.

The moment the decline came through, Luke acted immediately and submitted a new application with an alternative lender within the hour.

What happened next was nothing short of exceptional. Claire went above and beyond, spending hours on the phone with the lender and manually working through my application because she knew how important it was to meet my deadline. Thanks to her dedication, expertise and persistence, I received my mortgage offer within just 8 working days!

A huge thank you to Shanita, who worked tirelessly chasing updates throughout the process, she was always there with updates and reassurance whenever Claire wasn’t available. The communication from the entire team was outstanding, and I always felt informed and supported.
