Avoid this company. They are amongst a mass of companies that push you towards an IVA so they get commission. They’ll pass you from person to person, to share details after details, as I believe this probably gives them all commission, please look into it and only speak to stepchange, no other debt relief companies, as they all just want you to sign a contract for an IVA so they get paid, even if it’s unaffordable and not right for you. If your debt is too low they will turn you away and not offer any other solution, as they only want the IVA commissions. If your IVA gets declined they will say they will refer you to something else but they don’t because again, they only wanted the commission. Basically fraudulent crooks in my opinion, taking advantage of desperate people, especially targeting mums. Sickening. Please look into it more everyone.

I don’t understand why there’s so many good reviews because after contacting these they’ve made me feel 10 times worse I’ve spent hours going through all my details for them to say you need to contact someone else to then have to go through all my details alover again and not be helped I wasted half a day and feel even worse to almost a nervous breakdown so ladies don’t get your hopes IF SOMETHING SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , IT IS!!

I found myself stuck in rut, I was really struggling to pay off my debts, it was getting me down. I found mum's with debt on Facebook and thought id look into them. I then contacted via WhatsApp and they explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this company as the staff I have spoken to so far are polite caring and understanding.

I was on the edge of a breakdown suffering with my mental health and not finding a way to grt my head above water and I decided to finally try and sort my debt out and I seen mum's with bedt on facebook and thought I would have a try! Even though talking on the phone is extremely difficult for me Kevin who i spoke to helped me through my anxiety reassuring me every step and couldn't be more helpful! Finally last night after sorting oit a plan and getting it moving i had my first good night's sleep in a long time! I can't thank you all enough!
