Any business that softens the pain of parting with mega bucks for flights can consider me, my family, my granny and my dog SUPER FANS!!! Seriously, what's not to love and adore about RFF!! Yaaay to more savings!!

I'm retired, so in principle you would think that I have lots of time to search for these free flights. Having to put in your details every time to search the BA Website is such a pain, especially when you have to do it several times each day. BA could do better. Now I set up alerts on RFF. Very efficient & good value for the money. I got my annual subscription back with just one booking.

Recently marketed flights to Moscow which is outrageous and distasteful. I’m expecting to receive offer of flights to North Korea next!

The free membership level is a waste of time unless you only want to fly economy. What’s more annoying is the emails that they send to you EVERY day!

Today's email push: "Top spot: Moscow" and "Fly to Moscow for as little as 18,500 Avios" - Really?!?

To receive a newsletter stating visit Moscow for culture when they are waging Genocide on a peaceful European neighbour is sick and i will be cancelling my subscription immediately. What a callous and uncaring company they obviously are. They have contacted me and it seems like a genuine mistake

What are you doing promoting flights to Moscow on today's email alert and especially when, surprisingly enough, BA aren't flying there due to sanctions arising from the invasion of Ukraine by Russia?????

Suggesting flights to a criminal state??? Moscow??? No thanks!

Today (12Sep'23) they emailed to say search for BA reward flights to Moscow...really, are they so on the ball that they don't realise BA canned flights to Moscow...

Just went to book flights that are showing availability on your reward flights page, to Hong Kong, but Ba says they are not available. Not impressed

Only does British Airways so a bit limited. But it does a great job finding you BA reward seats and alerting you. Really good tool. I'm hoping they add Qatar Airways now that QA use the Avios currency too.

Absolutely brilliant. Got business class flights with avios on BA. So easy to use. Alerted when the flights were released with BA. Well worth the gold membership cost. Happy holidays 😋

Seeing all availability for a year ahead on one page is wonderful. It really simplifies things. Very useful app, certainly worth the money.

I travel between Jamaica, the USA and the UK atleast 3 times per year, always on BA. I have been collecting Avios for years, but never used them for flights. It was just too cumbersome and frustrating to find the free seats. Since hearing about this site, I now use Avios for some of these flights now. Brilliant idea and provides a much needed service. Now I always have 5 alerts set up and I book on BA as soon as RFF alerts me.

I confess I was sceptical. Why would BA allow others to use its data to make it easier to find reward flights on non-BA websites? But I decided to test it and am very happy I did so. BA doesn’t allow you to set alerts for reward flights (or any flights). But, this is what RFF allows you to do. And on top of that, RFF lets you easily view reward availability for a whole year ahead. So its a great planning tool. I’m also learning how to make the best use of my Avios through the weekly newsletter, and the blog. I am now a Gold member (£70/year) which I recouped by saving hundreds on business class tickets to Chile. RFF only does BA. Hopefully they will add other airlines soon. I highly recommend this site.

Information is inaccurate! Was searching for flights within a specific date, every single flight that RFF showed as available I cross checked with BA to book and they confirmed at least one leg was not a reward flight. I contacted RFF 3 times over 2 weeks to ask what was going on and they simply ignore my emails.

Thank you for making it easy to find the rare BA reward seats. What I especially like is being able to see all availability on one page for a year ahead. Awesome!

Cash getting tight so was determined to use my Avios. Just bought my first Avios flight for April 2024, thanks to RFF. Had to wait 5 weeks for the alert, but I'm happy. Saves so much time. Definitely pays to set alerts months in advance.

My wife and I have accumulated many Avios and have a large Avios balance. We grow it while using our BA Amex card for just about everything. Since discovering the BA shopping portal where you get *bonus* Avios from hundreds of high-street retailers, our balance has soared. On a couple of occasions before we discovered RFF, we tried to use them but found the BA website difficult to navigate. When we finally figured it out, there was no availability -- hugely frustrating and disappointing. It was actually a BA reservation clerk who suggested we use RFF to find elusive, hidden flights. In February this year, we joined and now we couldn't be happier about using our Avios. RFF makes finding flights so easy. So, we're off to Toronto for half-term in October this year, then Geneva for skiing in February and Miami in early June. We're really chuffed. We figure there must be lots of people like us with big, unused Avios balances who find it difficult to use them. I still have over 170k Avios left! The trick is to set many alerts, months ahead. We'll be setting them in October this year for October 2024 half-term. RFF delivers!
