So far not great. Clearly not updated every hour - trying to book BA LHR to Zurich all evening. RFF insists that there are reward seats and BA say there are none. Pretty dreadful. I am a gold member and when I tried to cancel they offered me 20% off so I kept it but still within trial period. I have written to them so if they dont respond by end of trial period, I will cancel it. Disappointing.

Still waiting for them to update me as per their response. Oh dear. Disappointing.

A genuinely useful site. Actually does what it promises. I paid £40 for an annual Silver membership last November & already I have saved £1800 on flights I could not initially find on BA. I highly recommend.

Just secured a flight to Argentina in December after my alert triggered. I have moved from Seatspy to you because your BA search tools and your customer service are so much better. You have fewer airlines, but as I mainly use BA, I’m not that bothered. Mind you, a few more Avios airlines like Finnair & Iberia would encourage me to explore more.

Glad to have discovered your site. It really is so helpful. I am in my 80s and find BA’s website, difficult to navigate for some one my age, Your site is well-designed and easy to understand. I now have used it twice to find flights. Pity it is just BA alone. Would be great if you could do Qatar Airways, and maybe Iberia? They have different networks compared to BA.

I have loads of Avios points but have never used them for flights because BA’s website is so confusing. It was someone in the BA lounge at Heathrow that told me about this site. A great find, Easy to use lots of good search tools and excellent value for money. I especially like their Worldwide Map Search. With just a few clicks you can quickly see availability all around the world. I have just set up alerts for this Christmas and am very hopeful of getting what I want.

Brilliant site! I had pretty much given up trying to find reward flights on the BA website, as I couldn't find any dates for the places I wanted to visit during the periods I wanted to travel. It was so hit and miss on the BA website. Within 24hrs of signing up to Reward Flights, I had my flights booked, saving £000s on two business class flights to Ghana, making the £79 annual subscription for Gold Membership excellent value for money. The alerts facility is incredibly useful as I start planning my next trip, as is the facility that lets you see which flights have Club Suites, so you can enjoy the full biz class experience. Would highly recommend signing up for the Gold membership so you can make the most of the benefits on offer!

I have used RFF for the past few years and it has been a great asset, I have moved job and down graded my membership to bronze. The online team were super helpful assisting me to all the way thru process and the refund was very quick

What an appalling service. I cancelled the free trial yet without warning without any communication they then proceeded to take £79.99 from my bank account. Only way to contact via email, no responses for days, no way of calling them, not convinced the trustworthiness of this company"

Been a both a basic then Silver member for a while. System found me some great flights from UK to USA where I snagged some BA FIRST costing less Avios than Club ! Keep up the good work guys

I had an issue with my account and payments. Its refreshing to know that there are still great companies that actually care about their subscribers, and take the time and respond to emails.
I had sent an email about my issue and within 2 hours the issue was completely resolved.
My sincere thanks to a most professional and helpful team, it was very much appreciated.

Was feeling pretty gutted to miss out on Avios flights to South Africa after staying up past midnight 3 nights in a row and then out of nowhere got an alert early evening a day later for extra reward seats that got released and managed to book. Definitely worth paying for gold even if it’s just for the month you need to do booking.

Simply a scam, charging to only show flights from one airline that provides that data for free.

I somehow signed up to a yearly plan and saw this charge in my bank account. When I emailed the customer service team to inform them of this and that it was not intentional, they responded straight away, issued a refund and downgraded me to the free plan instead as requested.
Refreshing to see such prompt and helpful customer service in the new era of bots and unhelpful, longwinded resolution processes.
I would definitely upgrade to a different plan once my travel plans change.

My membership auto-renewed but I no longer required the silver level so I emailed their support team and it was refunded within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.
