Queried cost of annual renewal, and received a very prompt reply and refund. Great customer service, although it would have been better if I had been warned of the charge before it was taken.

Reward Flight Finder renewed my account for an additional year without notice at a near 50% increase in cost.

Fortunately they refunded me, but many people will not notice the transaction until it's too late.

Not warning of an impending charge is untrustworthy in my opinion.

The funny thing is, if they'd told me about the upcoming renewal, I might have gone with it.

Credit to them for the refund.

Another typical subscription company that makes it impossible to cancel. Links they direct you to click on to cancel do not take you anywhere, neither does the help centre. Feel scammed.

Fed up with searching daily for reward flights to Miami, I signed up to this alert service. I was initially sceptical but thought £3.99 per month was cheap enough to give it a go. I set the alert 5 months' ahead and am delighted to have just found the seats I wanted. For total outlay of £25, I reckon I have saved about £700. Excellent value.

They keep charging and make it extremely difficult to cancel subscription - you need to go to the Bronze Membership by downgrading then they ask question after question to try to confuse or prevent you from cancelling - a con website when all is said and done

Decent interface and robust alerting, but I wish their subscription model was more accessible, transparent and flexible. If they can work on a more transparent pricing/sub model then they'd have my custom for longer in the long run.

Decided to try this companies gold 7 day trial which enabled me to check out the app. On the same day I decided it wasn’t for me and cancelled the subscription. Despite this the company went ahead and charged my credit card with the full subscription amount and they now say they received no cancellation from me and will not charge me again but will downgrade my membership to bronze. No refund though…should have checked the reviews before I went ahead

Refund requested same-day system committed me to another year but due to not using the platform Douglas sorted the cancellation and refund which was appreciated.

I’ve been in contact with Reward Flight Finder to request a refund on the day they auto-charged me for silver membership as I had changed my mind. They gave me a downgrade to a bronze membership and made no acknowledgment to my refund request. I have tried to contact them again multiple times and have received no response. I did not receive an email reminder or otherwise, about my renewal, in the period leading up to being charged either. I’m really disappointed in the customer service here.

Douglas saw to it that I received a partial refund for subscribing to an app I didn't mean to commit money to. Many thanks.

The BA avios reward flights are ridiculously expensive using points, you need 50,000+ points for a flight to America but with another big competitor of BA you only need 25,500 virgin air miles for economy seats. Also now you only get points for the value of the actual ticket not including the taxes so on a recent trip flight with them to Orlando we only received approx 800 as opposed to 2400 with the other airline, doesn’t seem worth it or good value

Required reward availability on a popular route - setup an alert and within a few days I received a notification that seats were now available and I was able to book directly with BA.

RFF did exactly what it says on the tin. I initially joined their free Bronze service which was fine. Their website has all sorts of tips on how to get the best seats so when I earned a BA companion voucher and wanted to find Business Class tickets to the Caribbean (Bridgetown) I upgraded to their paid Gold subscription which notified me immediately when Reward seats became available so I could beat the scramble for tickets. I also created a search for First Class Reward seats which are very rarely available. Pleased to say RFF came up trumps and my wife and I are now flying First to Bridgetown! They also respond promptly to enquiries/requests via their feedback/help service. Well worth the subscription. Highly recommend this website and service.

Have found this site useful and gained flights once they came up. The only thing I'd like to say is that the links on your emails don't normally work. I mean the Links to other offers from BA that you send in your emails.

Used to be ok. I paid for gold service, but gone downhilll. I cancelled but they use a sneeky system so you think you have cancelled but you still get charged. I wouldn't bother subscribing to this service

I used the free trial for look for companion flight availability. I'm so glad I used it as the BA site isn't that easy and i knew that the flights I could see should have had a companion seat. And sure enough, I perservered and found it. Before, I kept giving up. Thanks to RFF site.
