I had made an error with my payments and membership. I wrote to them and within 24 hours it was all sorted out. Very helpful and I'm pleased to continue my membership, albeit at a lower level than before.

BA told me of this site as I struggled to find any on their own website and found greats flights through here. Had an issue with an error on a charge recently and their customer service handled it swiftly and efficiently, so would not hesitate to recommend. Good service.

They will bombard you with spam emails all day, and there is no option to unsubscribe in the email!

The product is excellent. Very useful. That's not to say you can't use free tools to get the same results elsewhere. The time saving here is impressive though. The customer service is exceptional when you need to get in touch. Id highly recommend them.

Very helpful alternative to the BA site though for best functionality you need the top level. Worth it if you fly quite frequently and us reward points/vouchers.

As difficult to use as BA companion voucher website! Signed up for silver membership trial but still says i have bronze. Tried again and still won't work. So dont know if I have two memberships now but either way it still wont let me use the functions I've signed up for. Really poor

This site really does ‘do what it says on the tin’ I had made a holy mess of my account, or accounts as it transpired and Douglas resolved within 24 hours. This time to resolve was and is extremely important to me due to the nature of the site itself and how we use the site to travel several times in the year. Fully recommend the gold by the way. Really useful this past year. Alerts are very handy - bagged me two First seats to Singapore that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Only irritation is, if it logs you out, the login (on iPad) is frustrating as there is a drop down ad that comes and covers the area that you need to type the login details into. Otherwise, all good.

The app shows BA seats that don’t exist and BA shows seats that don’t show up in Reward Flight Finder. It’s pretty cheap to use - but its results are average at best. I don’t rely on its data - but go to BA for the real position
