Why do I have to pay to return the…
Why do I have to pay to return the glasses frames back when I’ve ordered a few for trial? That’s the whole point of this website. And then I also have to pay for the insurance when returning? Makes no sense. I will not use this website again.

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that non of the frames you ordered meet your requirements. We offer free delivery but not returns, as it is not sustainable for a small business. We recommend that you insure the parcel, as it is your responsibility until it reaches us, but that is ultimately up to you. As soon as we receive your return we will get the refund actioned. Fantastic Service - will be using again soon
I have used Retrospecced before as there's a great selection of glasses, it's easy and convenient and best of all it's reducing waste.
The company is under new management and I was a little cautious when placing my order and emailing across with my prescription.
I cannot explain how shocked and happily surprised I was to receive my two pairs of prescription glasses the VERY NEXT DAY. Perfect lenses, amazing frames and absolutely astounding service. My hubby is going for his eye test later this week. We will definitely be ordering the new pairs of glasses from Retrospecced.
