This was my first order from Retrospecced and I am really impressed. I was unsure how to get the pupil measurements but the communication was excellent and everything worked well. The glasses arrived quickly and are good quality. Frames and prescription all good, will be looking at others to buy!

Absolutely love my new glasses. Struggled to find the frames I wanted elsewhere so stumbled across this website and after reading the reviews decided to give it a go and place an order. What a great service! After my whole life running from high street opticians because of overpriced boring frames and pushy judgemental salespeople, my prescription has finally got too bad for cheapo glasses. Thank God I found this company! The frames are got are kooky, huge, and fit my style perfectly, and were still around half the price of my high street brands. I totally messed up my pupillary distance and Emily contacted me by text straight away with useful advice on how to get it right. She also offered some guidance on potentially upgrading my lenses, which I opted not to go for, but the information she gave was helpful and specific to the frames I had picked + my prescription, not at all just trying to upsell me for the hell of it. The glasses arrived nicely packaged in a really lovely case, which I assume is also recycled as it's a different brand from the frames itself. I have no issue at all with this -- it's a cool case saved from landfill! Hopefully these glasses will last me a long time, but I absolutely know who I'm going to for my frames in the future.
