Failed to provide service, still attempting to invoice us!

Restore Datashred issued us with BOTH a Waste Transfer note AND a Data Destruction Certificate, despite not performing any service at all!!! Their certificates appear not to be worth the paper they are written on. Naturally I cannot recommend at all.

I always have a great experience with Restore. Today I had Luke Davies come to collect a large amount of records for shredding. He was great! He went the extra mile to get as many sacks as his truck would hold. He was friendly, and very hardworking. I would gladly have him back to collect more for us. All the engineers and account managers are great. I have no complaints at all, just praise for a job well done.

From the initial contact to the pick up, everthing was organized and handled very professionally.

Callum made my day. 100% professional and with a human touch. Give the man a bonus! I was pleased he was interested to take my feedback on the website which needs redesigning for people with visual impairment - it is not user friendly. However Callum - 10/10.

Ive recently used the shed service to clear out a lot of old paperwork and they have been extremely helpful and very polite in arranging and removing the paperwork.

Ive now committed to using them for every collection needed.

Called RDS office and the polite office staff suggested I took our paperwork into their depot at Snetterton for shredding. On arrive at their office I was asked to drive into yard, the polite efficient man came and unloaded my 4 large boxes into the container for shredding. The whole service was quick and professionally handled. I would recommend any company or person in need of this type of service to contact Restore Datashred. Thank you Paul R

Booked a collection was given a date but had to do a lot of chasing. To then came back off annual leave and the bags were still here. Received a certificate of destruction when the bags hadn't even been collected!
had to chase AGAIN to book another collection waited for confirmation, called again to then be told the next one isn't for another 2 weeks! At this point it's now been 3 weeks waiting for a collection! Cancelled and gone elsewhere.

We use Restore Datashred for routine monthly collections from a secure cabinet in our office, those always happen on time with no hassle.
We had a requirement for an additional one-off collection of 17 archive boxes for secure disposal. After the initial enquiry Chloe Tellitt from the local Trafford Park branch got in touch quickly and promptly made the booking for a date and time convenient for us.
The collection driver was friendly and removed the waste with no disturbance to our office activity.
Very happy with the service provided and also impressed with the Restore Datashred customer portal.

Excellent service by Calum who explained paperwork and payment and organised collection to a date convenient for myself, and driver was with me in the hour. Very efficient.
Altogether a very good experience and I can certainly recommend Restore.

Carl came into our work today to empty a number of our bins, he was professional, friendly and efficient. The service is always excellent and we have great customer service from all the drivers who visit once a month as well from Andrew and the girls at the Trafford park depot!
