Having dealt with Connor Evans over recent months, I have been impressed at the level of service received. Timescales and accuracy are extremely fundamental in the Restructuring and Insolvency world in which I operate, Connor understands this and has completed tasks accordingly. I appreciate it’s a challenge with the many requests Connor receives, he remains diligent and patient, all with a very pleasant manner.

I look forward to working with Connor again and have already suggested other colleagues reach out to him.

Dealt with Daisy Bond, have to be honest I wasn't sure how to go about sorting anything but she helped me through everything! The drivers were very impressive loaded to van and was very efficient.

Easy to organise both delivery of bags and collection of same. And certification of destruction of sensitive data delivered promptly. Very efficient and professional service.

Not used them personally for their service but I’m fed up with their driver/s parking their large lorry on our high street, against the traffic, on a zebra crossing and on double yellow lines!!!
Shame we don’t have traffic police in the area as I’m certain that’s a crime.

My recent experience with them is not so positive. Having been a loyal customer they charged for an attempted collection almost same price as a regular collection. First time has happened, surely they would have more customers around to come back but they decided to charge without warning. We are already thinking about changing company

I have used Restore previously and always been happy with the service. However, I have now signed up to a regular collection service and cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. All enquiries have been handled swiftly and efficiently; they have been very flexible in their approach and have turned up as scheduled on every occasion with a call in advance to confirm. Special mention to Chloe Tellitt who has been particularly helpful - nothing has been too much trouble. She has handled my many questions with efficiency, speed, flexibility and good humour. Great service from start to finish. Chloe Tellitt was very helpful in explaining the options available to us and also happy to amend the quote accordingly.
