Duane is always very helpful and at the end of the phone if I need him. The online submission is very easy to use and navigate when making additional commentary. Every time we use the service our instructions are carried out efficiently.

The service as a whole was brilliant, from the original phone conversation with Shamsull to arrange the collection of bags and ensure we had the bags ready for collection through to the driver who gave a helping hand during the collection. A very quick and efficient service with friendly helpful staff.

Awful customer service. Failed to turn up on two separate occasions with no explanation or prior notice.
Failed promises to attend on the second occasion as we needed to be out of the premises by month end. Customer service repeatedly advised they would call back to advise what was happening and still no returned phone call.

Every part of this job was 5star. From making the initial call to discuss the company requirements, to the actual on site shredding facility that we opted for. The driver was very helpful and even showed me how it all worked. We had a lot of paperwork to dispose of and this was such a straightforward operation it has freed up space in no time at all. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

The whole process, delivery and collection of bags, was done on time and with care and courtesy. This was overseen by Calum Saville who was always readily available, reassuring and patient beyond the call of duty. He also navigated me carefully through the payment process which is complicated by rather confusing screens which do in my view need some attention.

Restore Data Shred were everything I needed them to be when we temporarily closed our office space to complete a refit.
