Excellent swift service that was good value considering I required a one off collection. The advisor was very helpful and friendly.

After being let down badly by another firm, I was fortunate enough to speak to Fiona at restore. She quickly organised an onsite shredding appointment for me. The driver arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. The price was extremely good and the service was second to none. Highly recommended.

I have on many occasions tried to contact customer service to discuss my account. I’ve been a long standing customer but noticed that the price just goes up and up and I wanted to discuss terms as there is always offers on the website (currently 25%off). With no reply to emails and phone calls I emailed to terminate my account. Promptly got a response ( surprise surprise) informing me I was on a 2 year rolling contract which wasn’t explained originally. This company has been very hard to communicate with and very expensive. I have sourced a new deal with a competitor which is also national for LESS THAN HALF the price I’m currently paying and that is not an introductory offer. My advice- shop around and save and don’t be taken advantage of.

Good efficient service, dealt with Shamsul who was prompt in his responses and even managed to alter the delivery dates when we needed more time without any fuss. Bags were picked up on the day with no hassle, would recommend.

Shamsull /Restore provided an excellent service. When I first contacted him I was overwhelmed with the amount of documents that I had to clear. He was very helpful in explaining the process of shredding documents in a clear and simple manner. The task didn't sound so daunting after all. Really great service from Shamsul. We called last week, said what we needed, the bags were received really quickly and collected today! Stress free and good value. Would highly recommend.

We recently used Retore Datashred and they gave a great service. Special shout out to Duncan who came and collected the bags, he was fantastic and made the whole process stress free!

Made a call on Thursday afternoon, explained what quantities we required shredding, Richard Jones managed to make it work and lorry was on site Friday morning 9am!
Scott on site was pleasant and very efficient, job done very quickly. Very acceptable rates also.
