can not fault this company .
we have used them the past few years and between the lady who helps to arange the pick up and the man that comes out to collect , we are very happy with the service provided .
everything is done so professionally but friendly at the same time .
we will continue to use this company .

Overall great service, would have given 5 stars, however we didn't receive a collection one week & couldn't arrange an interim pick up.

We have operated our small business successfully for more than twenty years, during which time we accumulated a significant amount of paperwork. Much of this was stored in a secure unit costing us around £100 per month, and we eventually decided it was time to review what truly needed to be kept and ensure everything else was disposed of safely and responsibly.
After exploring various secure disposal options, Restore Datashred clearly stood out. From my first email enquiry, I received a prompt and professional response from Chloe Tellitt at Restore HQ. She provided all the information we needed, explained the available options clearly, and offered a very fair and competitive quote. (less than a months unit cost)
Throughout the entire process, Chloe has been exceptional. She answered every question quickly and efficiently, ensured the secure shredding bags were delivered promptly, and arranged the collection with ease. Her support made what could have been a difficult task smooth and stress-free.

Restore PLC has been a supplier to CIC Bank, London branch for a couple of years now. We recently started using a sub-service under Restore PLC, Restore Datashred, and so far, the service provided from start to finish has been exemplary. Thanks to the professional, friendly and helpful quality of service delivered by the team, and in particular, Chloe Tellitt, the sales executive who takes pride in her work , promptness and quality of service delivered so far, which is very key to us as a financial institution.

Excellent service - from placing the one-off confidential shredding service order with Stacey Nicol, to the collection by their driver (whose name I sadly did not get). He phoned ahead, as requested, to advise when he was on his way - he was prompt, polite and really helpful. Sacks of papers were collected yesterday and I've received the certificate of destruction today. And at a very competitive price too. I would not hesitate to recommend Restore Datashred, and will use them again, if ever needed.

We dealt with a lovely lady called Chloe Tillet to shred and dispose of many years of paperwork that had been stored in the loft. She was very helpful in explaining how the company carried out the disposal, when and what time the lorry would arrive and was generally helpful and respectful. The driver was also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended

There is a visit booked for today - marked ad-hoc!
Stayed in all day waiting for someone to visit.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I contacted Restore Datashred in the morning to ask for our paper bin to be collected. I was soon phoned back by a team member who said they would email me with a form to complete and sign and would then receive a collection a date. I received this soon after via email, however, this date was 4 weeks away. I responded back to say was there any chance this could be soon as our bin was totally full (which is likely our error that we didn't plan ahead). Duane, who had emailed me with the date, said he would make contact with the driver in our area. Within an hour, the drive arrived and picked up our bin, replacing it with a new empty one. What a brilliant and helpful service. Thank you.

We booked Restore Datashred to take away many, many bags of papers we no longer required. Johnny Owen arrived on the date as specified, was pleasant, efficient, explained the process of shredding / recycling etc and everything was gone in 15minutes. Many thanks.

Duane Jones was brilliant in helping us book a one off service to clear out a cellar of old papers, 2 days and they were done! excellent work and we have booked then in again to do the office.

This company has a 90-day notice period and an extremely unethical ORIGINAL TERM auto renewal clause in their contracts that is not made clear when signing up to their services. We didn't receive any reminder that our 2 year contract was coming to an end to allow us to give correct level of notice and so when I tried to give notice 30 days before the contract was due to end, I was told that I had missed the cut off point and our contract would renew for a further 2 YEARS! Having read through other similar 1-star reviews from other customers, I reached out to Sian Peat asking to raise a formal complaint and I've just been ignored. We are stuck paying for a service that we no longer need nor want until the end of April 2027 unless we pay a breach fee.

Restore have been brilliant to work with in arranging confidential waste for a period of 18 months. Chloe Tellitt has been absolutely excellent as sales executive. She goes above and beyond in ensuring we were happy with the product and price and could not be more pleasant to work alongside. I know I can always pick up the phone the phone to Chloe and nothing is too much!

Arrangement of the collection of our bags was easy, Shamsull was helpful and polite.
The bags were collected on the agreed date, the man who collected them was friendly and polite and very efficient in his work.

Initially I was unable to create an account because my email format was not accepted on the company website. I phoned the 0800 number on the Restore Datashred website and spoke with Shamsul who immediately created an account for me using my email address. He explained the service to me clearly and issued a quote with a link for payment. Having paid for the service, sacks for paper waste removal were delivered to me promptly and shortly thereafter my confidential documents were collected for shredding. On the day of collection Shamsul liaised with the depot on my behalf to find out when I should expect the driver to come for collection. From start to finish the entire process was easy which permitted me to focus my attention to other matters. I thank Shamsul for his good work and I recommend Restore Datashred to anyone in need of the services they offer.
