Due to business expansion we have decided to centralise the use of one business to collect all confidential waste from all 3 of our regional offices - we tried to give notice on our contract orig. signed in 2019 and was told as we have missed the renewal date SO we now are locked into an automatic 1 year extension !!
HOW IS THAT ALLOWED .... this company has even changed its name since !! So much for being a loyal long standing customer !!

Fiona and her team are periodically in touch with us to check on our needs. When we have a load for shredding it is easy to arrange with them. Working in financial services we require confidentiality and certainty that shredding has occurred. We hurt that all from Restore DataShred!

Our office made enquiries with Jacob Jupe of Restore as we have some major strip outs coming up, some of the sites are straight forward with site access and some more complex. The two guys who came to collect the filled confidential waste sacks were friendly and efficient - they took all 100 sacks despite us under estimating the total (only a 70 sack collection was ordered). They also suggested that we could add a sack collection to our monthly console collections - and left us some more confidential waste sacks ready for the next purge collection. Great service!

Chloe Tellitt was very hepful , we had some difficulties with our archiving process but all got nicely sorted with a huge help and patience of Chloe Tellitt.

Luke from Optima Park came to deal with a large volume of archive filing. Some was kept in a low-hung cellar, but he readily helped to empty the cellar without reservation. He was a saviour!

I Contacted the company as we haven't used their services before and i was given all the information by Claire who then sent me more information via an email and then a phone call to ensure i had what was needed and how it worked and how to proceed.
The delivery of the bags required was next day and the collection 1 week later.
Again after collection i was contacted by Claire on how this went and if we were satisfied with the service which has been outstanding.
Claire's attention to detail, interaction and aftercare service has been exceptional and would highly recommend the company.

Shamsull was very helpful sorting a private shred. The service was quick and easy and we have a loft that isn’t groaning from all of the old paperwork!

We have been using Restore Datashred for some years ( since they were PHS in 2016) and have always found them to be professional and helpful. We don't have a regular collection as we don't have a huge amount of shredding (usually averaging 20-30 bags every year). We call when we are ready for a collection, they send us a contract, arrange a date, collect and leave us further bags for the next collection. Upon our recent collection in September the driver did not have any bags to leave us but said he would order us some. After a few weeks we had not received anything so I called customer services to request replacement bags but was told as we do not have a regular collection we would have to contact a different department, I called the department to request the bags and they said they would send me a contract to complete. Imagine my surprise when they were requesting payment for a collection a year in advance - this has never been the case in the past. We are not prepared to pay for a service a year in advance - what if the business folds within this time. Our only option has now been to purchase bags at our own expense. Totally unprofessional and baffling.
