Amazing Service
I had damaged a pair of Face A Face glasses in 2026, I took them to the official retailer who sent them to the manufacturer in Paris who said they couldn't be repaired, another glass repair service said the same thing.
I contacted Spec Care to see if they could be repaired, and they did a fantastic job, I received my glasses as good as new within a week.
Really great communications and an efficient service, I couldn't recommend this company more highly, thank you for giving my glasses a new lease of life!

Hello Spencer. The spectacles were shipped on Tuesday 24th March by Special delivery. Royal mail attempted delivery on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th, without answer. The delivery is currently at your local RM office awaiting collection or redelivery. We are emailing you the tracking ID for you to arrange suitable re-delivery. Better than I imagined
