Do not go for this car rental, I am making number of calls for my refund but but there is no update no one answers the calls no reply to the messages. Please do not go for this service pay 200aed extra for other rentals without deposit and be Hassel free

Unprofessional Service - Not Recommended

This company failed to return my security deposit after 21 working days as agreed. Despite numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages, they did not respond or even bother to pick up the phone to speak to me. Then after constant follow-up I was given multiple contact numbers for the Accounts person just to recover my security deposit who further frustrated me with no responses for days. In the end, they didn't return the full AED 1,000, Further they deducted AED 50 Admin fees + VAT which they didn’t mention upfront.

Extremely unprofessional and deceptive service. The vehicle delivered was in poor condition, nearly falling apart, with unusual noises and covered in food debris. I was forced to cover the cost of a broken battery replacement, and my security deposit was never refunded. I am now proceeding with filing a police report

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. They are scammers who do not keep their promises. I made a reservation to rent a car, and I received confirmation of the availability of the desired model and the agreed price. The car was to be delivered to my accommodation. However, when the car arrived, it was completely damaged, with numerous dents and scratches. Moreover, a totally different model was delivered than the one agreed upon. When I raised this issue, I was told that only the brand was different, but the category was the same. However, this was not mentioned during the booking. I had specifically asked if I would receive the exact same car in the same condition as shown in the picture, and this was confirmed to me. I even showed this to the delivery driver.

I called the company to explain the situation, stating that I wanted the car returned and the correct car delivered as per our agreement. The company refused to cooperate and asked us to come to their office to discuss further. This office was located outside Dubai Downtown, requiring a 25-30 minute drive. When we arrived at the office, we were treated extremely rudely. The company refused to acknowledge their mistake, even though everything was clearly documented. The car I was supposed to receive was unavailable, and that’s why they gave me another one, but this was not my problem. The company should have been transparent about the available cars.

The manager eventually offered us a different car, but we had to pay extra for it, including higher insurance costs. I disagreed with this, especially since I had already paid extra for the delivery of the car to my apartment, only to have to return it myself to their office. Moreover, I had lost an entire day just negotiating with the manager for a solution. After over two hours at the office, the manager finally agreed to cooperate, and we were allowed to choose another car. We thought everything was resolved until it was time to complete the rental and insurance forms. The company once again tried to deceive us by manually and very faintly writing that we would be fully liable for any water damage caused by rain, despite a recent heavy rainstorm in Dubai that had left many cars submerged. Such situations are beyond our control. Additionally, they had written other things that were illegible and pressured me to sign. I refused to sign and demanded that they remove those clauses. After about 20-30 minutes of back-and-forth negotiations, I finally received the correct form.

Since I had paid for the delivery of the car but had to return it myself, the manager agreed that the car would be picked up free of charge when I returned it. We barely got this agreement in writing due to our lack of trust after all that had happened. After nearly five hours, we finally left with another car.

Two days before the return date, I sent a message to schedule the pickup of the car. I requested a 9:00 AM pickup and received confirmation that this was fine. On the day itself, we waited in the lobby at 9:00 AM, but no one showed up. When I called, I was told that their office didn’t open until 9:00 AM and that someone would come afterward. This was not communicated when the appointment was made, and they had confirmed the 9:00 AM time themselves. When I pointed this out, I received a rude response: “Don’t you know our office hours?” I found this outrageous and sent them a screenshot of their own confirmation. Another discussion followed, during which they asked if I could drop the car off at their office, which was not agreed upon. After more back-and-forth, I was told that someone would come within an hour and a half. I was panicking because I had a flight to catch. Eventually, after nearly two hours, someone finally came to collect the car, and I barely made it to my flight.

I was also supposed to receive my deposit back after 22 days, but I never got it. For me, this company is a definite no-go. Save yourself time, money, and stress. Next time, I’ll rent from the airport, where all agreements are transparent, and there are no tricks with the paperwork.

It is another name for the same business working under different names including GreatDubai.Com or Rent A car Dubai. They keep migrating to fresh accounts and names to escape the bad repetition they keep building.

I rented a car from this company in August 2024 as they offered a competitive price and they claimed that no deposit needed. As soon as I sent my interest, they respond with the quote and I discovered the 1st lie: deposit is required not as they were claiming earlier. I didn't mind it as thier daily rate for rental was good.
However, as soon as the car arrived, I noticed some dent or missing part on its right rear side(see attachment). When I spoke to the guy, he explained that this just happened recently with no time to fix. I didn't mind it again as I was desperate to have a car ASAP. . As soon as I switched the engine, a SOLID SIGN on the dashboard were warning me that there is a malfunction need to be fixed. I contacted them and Zain said it is just a sensor needs to be replaced and nothing to worry about!

After starting driving on motorway, I started noticing that the speedometer is not consistent and it gets stuck below 60 even if you speed. I contacted them and they were ignoring me. It was hard as they dropped the car to me at first which made me unaware of thier whereabouts.

After many attempts contacting different numbers, they respond on WhatsApp saying that they can't replace the car as I requested!,
But they mentioned that I can take the Car to a garage somewhere to be checked!

I told them I don't have time to spend in garages fixing a car I rented to facilitate my life not to waste my time on fixing!
NO ANSWER as usual. due to all of this, I kept using the car with all concerns I have.

After dropping the car at the end of rental period, I just realised that almost all the deposit will NOT be refunded as they have too many hidden costs. Examples of those hefty and unfair costs are (200aed for cleaning the car), 100 aed admin fees... Etc.

Finally, as you see from attachments, they claimed that they will refund the deposit after 21 days of dropping the car back to them. It has been 31 days so far and I still chasing them to issue the refund of the little amount of remaining refund after 90% of it just disappeared after they applied Thier hefty and unfair deductions!

Long story short, I just realized that I paid double the price I thought it was cheap to rent a faulty broken car with the worst communication and customer service you can receive on the planet!

PURE SCAM, PURE LIKE A PLAGUE!

Update on the 17th of October 2024: it's been 44 days since handing over the car and the small amount remaining from my deposit after they applied thier hefty unfair charges is still not refunded yet! They keep ignoring my correspondence to get the refund issued.

Car was close to being unroadworthy. Have now kept me waiting 90 Days for the deposit return and still seen nothing. Passed around different WhatsApp numbers (no office number is advertised anywhere) but still continue to be fobbed off with lame excuses. Have leased with others since and deposit has been automatically returned afterwards, no question. Why do they not do the same? Next stop DED, they are not getting away with this. Avoid at all costs is my advice!

Customer service is disaster except for the driver name Zain. While returning the deposit they harass the customer. 30 days waiting period for the refund but took 37 days after following up on daily basis. They are charging AED 50 to return back your money as a service charge which was not mentioned when I rented the car. From when onwards bank charges AED 50 for bank transfer??? Another customer was also in the office and he was also asking for refund and he has been waiting for 55 days. They are rude when you ask for the refund and do not have the manners to talk specially the accounts department. The rating should be zero. Not even 1 star. I personal recommendation not to rent a car from them at any cause. I hope this review opens the eye for other customers and do not fall in the same trap like us.

Stay away from this company! it's a fraud!
You give a deposit and you never take it back..
They charge you with everything they can imagine,someone someday has to sue them in court ..
My advise,stay away from them!

Fraud company Charging extra amounts.
In case of accident you have to pay 1 month extra Rent.
2100 AED for police report because they don't want to make insurance.
Terrifying customers About legal action if they don't pay 5500 extra for 1 back light only.

Worst car rental company ever. Scammers and they steal your money. We rented a more expensive car for 350 aed per day. They gave us an uncleaned abd damaged car, we told them the car is damaged they said fine, that they will take it into account once returning our deposit. We returned the car, and payed all the expensis properly, however they scammed us totally. Our deposit got never returned even after 3 months. No response , no phone. They scammed us by 1000$. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM!Rent at the airport maybe a little more expensive but they will not scam you

Definitely a scam. Website does not comply with minimum legal requirements (e.g. Terms & Conditions). I tried to inquire about renting a car and whether I was eligible given my specific driver's license. I tried calling and using their messaging service on their website but they directed me straight to whatsapp. When I made my inquiries, they didn't ask any follow-up questions and immediately confirmed that I could rent a car with them. I was then bombarded with whatsapp messages from a salesperson with random car names and prices. I asked for their Terms&Conditions several times as I was not able to find them on their website. They ignored my request and proceeded to continue to advertise different cars to me - with messages like "offer valid today only".
