Updated: Customer Service followed up!
Was using Udrive before but recently their customer services have been lacking. Had booked before wherein the car is not in the listed location (I understand that there are GPS problems in the UAE lately because of the war) which I told them not anyone's fault and my last booking with them, I had to go to an unfamiliar area and with the GPS losing signal often, I eclipsed the daily limit for the mileage and was asking for a little leniency since it wasn't that much yet they will just give you a cold shoulder and say you should have planned for it. Anyways, will probably not book again.
Update:
Just discussed the problem with their customer relation team Rupesh and has since settled most of the complaints above. They acknowledged what was happening and has provided a more than adequate response. Promised him to only give an extra star (from 2 star rating) but for the prompt and sensible solution which he has done I'll give an extra star.
Have given them 5 stars before previously but recently customer service has slipped, yet they are trying to work it out with their customer base. All in all 4 star should be enough for now and I understand that they're trying to make the experience better for everyone.
Thanks Rupesh and your team for settling this misconception. Will definitely book again in the future.
