Poor service, poor delivery. Told us that skip can be exchanged checked this with transport. Then rang me back and said that now changing the exchange to the following week

First they said the didn’t take the money,and then after two days they send it the man to take the wasted without letting me know the time,and then they didn’t take almost nothing from the place where they should go for collect the wastes
Spend it 500 £ for nothing

Just to clarify, when we spoke with you beforehand we explained that because of low cables and the waste stacked against the wall, our driver could only safely remove what was accessible. He did take what he could without risking damage to your property. I completely understand it wasn’t the full clearance you hoped for, and I’d love to talk directly about how we can help finish the job or find a better solution for you.
I'll give you a call so we can get this sorted.”
I called needing a skip quickly
I called needing a skip quickly, with a specific collection date. Everyone was really helpful and the skip was delivered and collected exactly as agreed. We would recommend and plan to use RENwaste again.

Hi Myfinwy, I’m so sorry for the frustration here. On the day of delivery there was a site issue outside of our control, which meant the skip couldn’t be dropped as planned.
Thats for being patience while we arranged and confirmed the delivery for the next morning. We understand how important timing is and we’ll continue to do everything possible to keep things on schedule. Thank you for your patience.

Easy skip hire at affordable pricing
Ordering the skip was easy, I was kept informed about its delivery time and a week later it was picked up promptly.
I am so pleased with Remwaste I am soon to order another skip from them. I would highly recommend this company
