Cancelled a skip the same day as I booked it. I was told there would be a £75 cancellation fee. 17 days later there's no sign of any refund! AVOID this company

Efficient service, initial call were helpful explained how everything worked. All sorted in minutes. After reviewing my waste again called to asked for a 8 yard skip. After a minute or so they came back, all was completed and size upgraded.

Skip arrived on time and was taken away on time.

Too expensive

Great communication, clear guidelines of what could and couldn't be included in the skip, really easy to book and the lady on the phone was really helpful in aiding us decide what size skip we would require. Delivery and pickup were quick and efficient and the fact that they deliver after payment to the required place without the need for someone to be present was a massive bonus. Highly recommend.

You were to quick to take full payment snd advised you could do the job when I was told later by the contractor it wasn’t possible you still haven’t come back to me will confirmation of refund
