This is a broker of skips and not the skip operator. I ended up paying more than double (£580 instead of £280) - it felt bad when I say the prices of the real operator online. Invest a bit more and search for the real operators; you'll end up paying much less.
Besides, as a broker of skips, the service was decent.

Misleading and theft
I was mislead about price and when I cancelled when I found out I was mislead and ask for refund they said no problem after abit of to and fro but we came to an agreement for a full refund but nxt day they didnt give me a full refund. Update they sent me an invoice where it states no full refund only part of it was refunded.

Just to clarify on the refund. You might have heard our agent say they will process it on our end, next day — once we process it on our side, card refunds typically take 3–5 working days to clear back into your account, depending on your bank's processing times. They don't appear next day, and unfortunately that part is out of our hands once the funds have left our system.
If it hasn't landed after 5 working days, please email us with your order reference and we'll investigate immediately.

What ever you do, do not use these cowboys. They say one thing, take your money, then tell you "5pm on Monday still counts as Monday". I wouldn't care, but the bloke who delivered the last skip - from a completely different company - was great, unless like these shysters

Sorry the timing didn't land where you were hoping.
For context: our standard delivery is an all-day time slot — i.e. any time during working hours on the agreed day. We always try to accommodate AM or PM preferences where we can, but specific times aren't guaranteed and that's set out at booking.
If something else went wrong on the day, please share your booking reference and we'll look into it properly.

Large company uses local skip suppliers but can't control what they supply
I phoned a local number and it rerouted to REM based in London. I prefer transparency. I ordered a 6 yd skip with a drop door. This wasn't the cheapest quote, but they stated they could supply one in a week's time. I duly waited but the company they used Watts scrap metal turned up with a skip without the drop door saying they didn't have one. I had to chase for a refund which I received, the difference in price for a standard skip. For the delay of a week I was given £12, which given it was more expensive than others I was not impresssed with. To be fair they did arrange a prompt collection.

Ordering a specific skip and receiving a different one isn't the standard we want any customer to have, and I can understand why the goodwill offered didn't feel proportionate to the inconvenience.
We do sometimes work with a network of local suppliers to give the best coverage to our customers, but that doesn't change our responsibility for what's delivered on the day. We'd genuinely like to look at this again properly. I found ordering the skip simple and straightforward and your agent very efficient.
On the day the skip came on. time and the driver was most helpful and friendly and gave us advice on the loading of the skip.

A most professional company
We have had 3 skips now from this company (digging out footings for an extension) and they have gone out of their way to provide an excellent service, with both drop off of empty skip and pick up of the full ones. We had arranged for concrete to be delivered and asked for the last skip to be collected urgently. Remwaste came to the rescue and nailed it. I can truly recommend them to you as a reliable and professional company.

Avoid - expensive and incompetent
I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I paid over £500 for a skip, only to be told later that they hadn’t applied for the required permit in time, despite me emailing them to let them know this needed to be done in good time. The council needs 5 working days - I’ve had many skips before.
The only time I got any clear information was when I chased them by phone, and that’s when I found out they had missed the permit cut-off. As a result, I’m now left without a skip and unable to get one until after the bank holiday, which has completely disrupted my plans.
To make matters worse, I’ve had to request a refund, and I’m being told it could take up to 10 days to process, after they’ve already taken a significant amount of money upfront.
Overall, very poor communication and service. I would not recommend based on my experience.
