I never write reviews, but I’ll do this time.
I wish you could not choose relay when buying on Vinted.
My Vinted parcel is ‚lost‘, it supposedly went back to the seller after two missed deliveries, but actually it’s just a glitch in their system, as it was marked to be back for collection with seller right after missed delivery. So the seller went to the shop for pick up, but the parcel couldn’t be found. I tried to contact Relay to figure out where my parcel is but didn’t get an answer, even after their own 72hr deadline. A week and a half later they got back to me to say that it went back to seller, what utter rubbish!
If you can, avoid Relay under all circumstances!!

Has the courier ate my parcel?? showing my parcel is with corrior for like 4 days now.

Relay have had my parcel since Sunday morning and now Thursday evening. It is a birthday present for Saturday. I have emailed them twice no reply. Just filled out a contact form. There doesn't seem to be a phone number for them either. I have contacted the seller where I brought items from who have contacted their logistics team but nothing further. If they have lost this I will not be happy especially as come from abroad. Not time to get anything else. Very poor service. I am feeling very angry right now.

Delay more than Relay.
Delivery today this afternoon.
OK maybe letter this afternoon.
OK early evening.
Well mid evening.
Well tonight before midnight.

How pathetic. How to totally mess people around. If I could give them a minus score I would. -5 out of +5 to +1.

I bought products from alibaba and I have zero knowledge about this courier company, when received parcel then I seen which company delivered then I came to know about it.

Ok so what happened is delivery guy parked in front of my door at evening dinner time and it was sunny and nice bright day and our all doors and windows opened, and in front of door just few steps away, anybody can see inside everything and he sneak very quietly my husband was eating there and kids noise very loud there and tv loud volume there and he didn't press the bell or not knocked on the door nothing and he left parcel on very dark corner and it was looked like some rubbish comes with wind or my son left there some crafts rubbish because parcel was very small.

Around 30-40 minutes after I just went outside randomly for bit fresh air and I noticed one of my solar light which i just bought whole set couple of weeks ago which not turned on then i couldn't see even but luckily suddenly when I turn and I thought whose rubbish came here so I take on my hand ani read company name and my name and address then realised what products is delivered.

Then for 2 days of puzzled how this light suddenly stopped working it was good quality there is no chance to these quickly happen any faulty then I search on cctv camera and I found out that was the relay guy who hit very strongly and broke the light and it stopped because he cross walked on my grass when he returned to car and he realised he hit something then he turned and see as well on floor and he just walked away just avoiding.

Would get 0 stars if possible
Two different packages had been stuck on Parcel received by Relay since Friday, emailed and told would reply within 72 hours haven't had anything
No number or anything to actually speak to someone

AWFUL COMPANY. Ignore all attempts at communication. messages with updates about delivery are false, as they never deliver when they are supposed to. they have now lost my very important package and are ignoring all emails about this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. companies should sever all ties with them.

Never had a problem with relay, always incredibly quick service. However, they seem to treat their couriers extremely poorly which may explain their overall low satisfaction scores. My last courier was still working beyond 10pm - not acceptable for the poor lad.

Wrong Item delivered!
Did anyone order a pair of white plateaus crocs size 7. I certainly didn’t order them via Vinted, but they have arrived here. Looking at reviews I don’t think relay will get in contact and sent them to the right person.
Please don’t go for relay delivery on Vinted as an option.

Relay delivered my parcel today by putting it over the gate? not a good service. I personally asked for it to be put in a safe place in the box next to my door. Couldn’t have made it easier for them. So they took a photo of themselves putting the parcel over the gate as proof of delivery. What part did they not acknowledge the request of safe place .

Absolutely dreadful service. Never received package. They don’t communicate either, so frustrating .

Lost 3 items in one week. No apology. No money back. 1 item with ebay 2 with Vinted. This is as a buyer and seller. The items are collected then dissappear and nobody knows where they are. Never again as buyer or seller.

They deserve ZERO stars.

Two packages now 'delayed', presumed missing, and no reply from 'Cust. Services'...

Both supposedly reached the couriers, and then dropped off the radar.

They were only a plush toy and a set of used jelly blox!! Nothing valuable!

Huge risk using these guys. AVOID.

Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered that I ordered from Vinted. 3 weeks on and still waiting. I needed it for last week. Now being told on the tracking site, that it could take another month. Why? is the slowest tortoise in the word, about to delivery it for me. Any Vinted users, please do not use this courier service.

Waiting for a Vinted parcel which has taken an inordinate amount of time. Arrived today. Unable to collect from shop as storekeeper informed me the app is down.

0. Worst service ever make Evri look like gems. Late delivery . When you ask to speak to a human the ai agrees and you get a random first name. The Human agent is also Ai fyi which is again customer rights and also ILLEGAL idk how this company still runs what a joke.

Very unhelpful service, so far several messages trying to get me to switch to collection with the last giving me a deadline of 24 hours to decide. But zero indication of what the expected delivery date is. If I wanted to struggle to shops to collect something, I would not have paid for delivery. Gave 1 star because giving none is not an option.. going forward before I buy something online I shall make sure the company does not use Relay and a more helpful reliable service is used.

Why are all the deliveries from Relay taking so much longer than INPOST AND EVRI… I started using RELAY for my Vinted items because they are a little bit cheaper !! But I’d rather pay the extra to get my deliveries on time … never had a problem with the other companies … and I think Vinted should stop using them as they will lose them customers!!!!

They Mixed up my parcels so I received someone else’s order and they received mine. They stuck two different delivery stickers on the parcel. It took them two weeks to reply to this mishap, despite saying they get back to you in 72 hours. Will never use relay ever again

Relay - very unrelayable. 4 deliveries in “delayed” status for long. I have no hope of ever getting them. Never using them again.
