Should be 0 ,firstly was mistaken with collect point, when finally my parcel arrived shopkeeper cannot scan my code,he tried manually and keep saying not such package , terrible, terrible, terrible, waist of time and money ,never ever will use them again.

Said my delivery was failed even though I was at home when ‘attempted delivery’ apparently took place. Was told re delivery would be attempted 2 days later yet 4 days later it’s apparently still making its way back to the warehouse. Customer service still haven’t got back in contact with me. Parcel is surely lost or stolen by now. Disgraceful
I’ve never had a package go missing in…
I’ve never had a package go missing in transit before using Relay. And they give you NO communication, updates or transparency. Like they think people are going to spend money on items and then move on when they aren’t delivered. Worst delivery service out there by far! Avoid if you can.
Two parcels delivered to the wrong address in one week
Absolutely appalling service. I have now had two parcels delivered to two different addresses (neither are mine!) within the same week by this courier.
The first parcel was marked as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I ended up walking around my estate trying to work out where it had been left. When I eventually located the property shown in the delivery photo, the occupants denied having my parcel and refused to hand it over. As a result, I had to reorder the items at my own inconvenience.
Before the replacement order was sent, I updated my delivery instructions to make them crystal clear. I specifically stated the colour of my front door and instructed the driver to leave the parcel in the shed next to my front door. I was even sitting by the window waiting for the delivery when I got the notification, as it stated it’ll be “any minute now”
Despite this, I received another notification saying my parcel had been delivered. Once again, it had not been delivered to my property. The proof of delivery photo was not my house.
I receive deliveries regularly from Amazon, Royal Mail, DHL, Evri and other couriers without any issues, so the problem is clearly not my address. The fact that this has happened twice in one week shows a serious lack of care and attention by the drivers.
I am now without goods I have paid for and have spent far too much time trying to locate parcels that should have been delivered correctly in the first place.
Very frustrating experience and not a courier service I would trust with future deliveries.
Diabolical service
Diabolical service. Dumped two parcels worth £100 on my doorstep of midterrace house in the town centre. The parcels have obviously disappeared and they said that they considered it delivered because I didn’t put a safe place or neighbour. So why tf didn’t you take it back to the depot?????? Infuriating experience I wish I could give 0 stars

This is one crap company, I was told my parcel would be delivered on the 28th may, recieved an update to say it was 9 stops away, then another one to say it would be delayed, it's one week later and it's still not delivered, why any co pany would use them is unbelievable

I never had problems with items being delivered when buying from Vinted until now. Twice now the service has been awful. So slow, poorly organised, using numbers instead of Names, which shop keepers take an age to locate. I was embarrassed today when the queue was out of the shop because they couldn’t put parcels in alphabetical order.
I spoke with the shop keeper who said that Relay only deliver or collect every 4 days rather than every day as promised. If I ever sell, I will NEVER use them. If I could’ve given no stars, I would’ve!!

Mixed the item up, I had to refund the buyer and Relay won't compensate and don't even bother to reply to emails. Will never use Relay for sending or receiving

Told delivery was before 11 in the morning. Left instruction to leave with neighbour. Didn't come. Then told it was 5 minus away. Delivered at 9.17 at night and left behind bin. Elderly neighbour went out late at night to retrieve it. Said left under covered porch which I don't have. Left behind bin in rain. Dissatisfied.
Delayed Parcel, No Updates
Ordered an expensive parcel, seller shipped it through Relay. It was out for delivery May 20th and never showed up; shipping updates said it was "delayed" and that there would be updates within 48 hours. Contacted customer service on May 23rd when there were no updates, and got sent an email telling me they would "contact me within 72 hours" - they never did! Still no shipping updates.
Really bad quality delivery and customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
10/06/26: Their customer service finally contacted me telling me that they'd lost the parcel. Over two weeks after they said they'd contact me. Cannot stress how bad this courier service is.

Parcel lost which seems to be a theme. Not sure why people are still using them. I ordered my parcel through Vinted, do not buy items from sellers who this option. You won’t receive it and you’ll have to wait over a month to get your money back.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a suit from Vinted and chose relay at the check out. What a mistake. Lost a parcel, it was never delivered. I will never ever chose Relay again that’s for sure
No point even ordering if a delivery to come from Relay
Mine and multiple neighbours parcels get marked as failed delivery multiple times despite no delivery attempts ever being made. The parcels repeatedly go out for delivery and then return to failed delivery. I never thought I’d be sad to see companies use Evri till experienced the terrible service of Relay.

I would love to give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give them 1. This business is appalling, worse than Evri and that’s saying something. Order from ASOS last Friday and had next day delivery, this morning I’ve (finally) received an email saying that my parcel is delayed and I should expect an update in 48 hours. I’ve contacted their customer service team and received a generic response stating I should expect to receive a response in 72 hours which will then be past 1 week since I ordered my item on next day delivery. This service is a joke and I cannot believe that ASOS use them. They deserve to go out of business!
Poor delivery service
Poor communication. Clear delivery instruction has been provided but still say delivery attempt failed. And when 2nd delivery attempt failed at 04:08am (yes early morning 4am). If they did come at that time, I definitely would be in my bed at my home. They also email me a link, let me pick up my parcel from local shop. But when I clicked the link, it said “ unfortunately this option is currently unavailable for your parcel”. I’ve email them 2 days ago regarding this delivery issue, and they still haven’t get back to me. Poor communication, poor service, if I could rate 0 star I would be more than happy to do that. I thought evri is already the worst delivery company I could think of, but Relay is even worse. Very disappointed. If you are not ready to do delivery in my area, please stop operate it and come back when you are ready.
