I ordered a portrait for a co-worker who had to make the awful decision to put her dog down after years of companionship. I recalled a friend had done the same for his co-worker and thought it would be a wonderful commemorative gesture. I asked my co-worker to share some photos of her dog and The Regal Pawtraits Team was kind enough to look at them ahead of time to determine whether a portrait could be made. Due to the circumstances surrounding the commission of the portrait I was reluctant to ask my co-worker for feedback about it, but she recently offered that she loves it so much, has it prominently placed in her home, and that it brings her a sense of solace. Thank you so much to this team for that.

Firstly let me express that there are folk that don’t believe that this company is real. Let me say that it is and my print arrived and is amazing.

Initially I had a problem with email communication so I messaged on Facebook and I hit a response from there onwards. My emails were going in junk email box but you are able to communicate via Facebook messenger.

I had a issue with my delivery for whatever reason however Regal Pawtraits made every effort to resolve my issues. Unclear how and why there was and issue with ROYAL MAIL but there was and Regal attempted to resolve these issues and made a big effort to do so.

Overall the experience was positive and my print is amazing I highly recommend this company and their work is amazing. Buy with confidence and follow their socials for all updates.

I like how it is turned out looks beautiful and really regal but I ordered size16 by 20 and get 12 by 16
That’s was really upset me even I get some price change
I really wanted bigger size
But print itself is beautiful

Horrible proofs...didn't look like a portrait at all...NO touch up was done for a realistic look. Then keep $40 of my monies when I requested a refund. Was not happy at all with PAWPRINTS!

Ordered twice now and truly satisfied with both of my orders…. will order more in the future. More power !

I absolutely loved my portraits. I gave them as gifts to my loved ones and they each cried. It made me happy and complete.

The portrait was exquisite! I wish there had been more background around the subject, but maybe I should have bought a bigger size. At any rate, it was beautiful.

I thought I had requested a larger picture and was disappointed in the size. Other than that, it was cute.

The customer service has been excellent. I reached out because initially there wasn’t a product for a male owner and a female pet, but they not only helped me get it ordered, but added it as an official product! They responded quickly, sent a preview of what the finished product would look like, and the product arrived quickly. It’s super high quality and I know my dad will love it.
