I placed an order for my husband's birthday. He has always, ever since I met him, been talking about how he's superman. So I got the portrait of him as Superman, and it is fantastic! I wish I had stated what color dog I wanted but they got the breed of dog I wanted on there, so that's perfect. Ordering and shipping was a breeze. I went on, picked which picture I wanted, they printed it up, I ordered it and it arrived quickly. Now I'm just waiting for his birthday to get here so I can give it to him and see his surprise!

I imported a photo and chose a theme. I was provided with a sample which was good but needed some changes. In the optional field I put in color, pose, no certain accesories ( jewelry, headband, etc) and every sample after that included the unwanted things, wrong color, wrong pose until I ran out of attempts. Would have to pay in order to get more attempts or sign up to get continual nagging emails. Sent them an email and never heard back.

I got my pictures quick and there were great, I was very pleased the way they turned out. I will order from than again Thanks

Bought it for my husband. He liked it more than I thought he would. It's a great addition to our wall. Couldn't be happier. Some issues getting the electronic copy, but only took one email and that was resolved.

No response from customer service regarding my order. Order status says that the package has shipped but it’s been 5 days with no tracking updates. Carrier claims they haven’t received the package. Will not order from this company again. I wish I would have looked into this company prior to ordering. Moving forward, i will be sure to let everyone know not to order from this company. Customer service is a zero.

I can not recommend this company. I ordered a 8x10 canvas. They offered an additional canvas for $29. I accepted the offer. It clearly shows the additional canvas as an
“ add on “. I only received 1 canvas. The company after many emails back and forth state it was an “upgrade “. Clearly they don’t understand the difference between an upgrade and an additional canvas.
The first price quoted was $79. The “ add on “ was for $29 more.
I was charged $109 for one canvas. They have refused to send the additional canvas.
Also the link to download and make copies of your own canvas expired before I even had a chance to use it!!!

I have bought twice. The pictures are brilliant and exactly as I expected. The first one I ordered too small (my mistake) second one was perfect. I love being able to see the pictures online before I choose. Ordering was easy and delivery was as stated and delivered in appropriate packaging. Very happy with my experience and I will shop here again

I ordered the same size canvas last year for my husband and the quality was much better. The picture was clear and they asked if I wanted any revisions before printing. The ones I ordered last month was overly AI’d and clearly a decrease in overall product-was hoping for the same.

I felt it was a unique and fun experience! And the final portrait is amazing! I was going to hang the portrait for Father's Day, but I couldn't wait. My boyfriend loved our family portrait with our puppies. Everyone that walks in the house raves about our photo.
I never received tracking information but they said it would be delivered in 2 weeks and it was.
For an AI program, the price is steep. But we plan on ordering more portraits.

I never received the email telling me that my order shipped. When it arrived, my husband opened it and the father's day surprise was ruined.

Just received my framed 12x16 canvas. I absolutely love it. I could not be happier with the result.
I was a little wary of ordering as i had purchased a canvas done from photo in the past from another company which did not meet my expectations.
I am SO GLAD I went ahead and ordered.

Once received I loved it!
When my order was placed a received a confirmation email. Which was great. In that email it said they would contact me when shipped, that didn’t happen. Please be more astute about this next time…. Some of us need to be available when package arrives to receive it.
Overall, I will refer this company and I’m very happy with my purchase and the recipient loved it!!

I have sent out 5 of these pictures. Everyone loved them and howled with laughter. What a great invention. The company has excellent customer service. The website is so easy to use and gives you a preview, allowing you to howl during the ordering process.

Completely ripped me off. Photo never showed up and ZERO response from their “help” customer service. I paid a lot of money and got NOTHING DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Update: it came today! It was absolutely great….best gift I got my dad so trust the process I guess lol but I was worried lol the lack of communication does drive you a little crazy lol

I’m extremely excited about the gift I ordered my dad, on may 22, but I’m having a panic attack as I’ve heard nothing about shipping info, tracking numbers, I received the two introductory emails, but then a week later instead of a response I’m billed an international fee, when I live in the United States, the products suppose to be coming from California I thought, and I even paid for expedited shipping….
So I honestly hope it turns out great, because there’s no way to contact consumer service or customer support…and I paid over 130 plus for the print, this was a super special gift idea for pop since he’s survived cancer and I wanted to get him something super cool to go with his Victorian slipper Fenton pieces he collects
So fingers crossed 🤞🏼
Hopfully Victorian pop arrives to complete the shrine to the old man!
