Nadine, this is not an accurate account of what happened.

We have only one order on file for you — a digital portrait — and that order was completed and delivered by email on 22 June 2026.

We have also been in direct contact with you by email. In that correspondence, you stated that there were two purchases: one digital and one physical print. Since we have **no record of this “second order,”** we asked you to provide the order number, confirmation email, or proof of purchase so we could investigate it. You have not replied since, and no evidence of this second order has been provided.

Instead, you have continued editing the review to present a different version of events, including suggesting that we simply asked you to remove a negative review. That is misleading. We asked you to correct statements that are not supported by our records.

We are happy to investigate any genuine order, but making public claims and then not responding when asked for the basic information needed to verify them is unfair and inappropriate.

Your review also mentions “Nil replies to communication.” Our records show that we did not receive any message from you regarding this order before your email on 11 August. We have since responded and are, of course, happy to resend the digital portrait if you’re having any difficulty locating or opening the original email.

We always want our customers to receive what they ordered and to feel supported throughout the process, so we’re very happy to help resolve any genuine issue. We would also kindly ask that the review be updated to reflect that the digital order was completed and sent, and that we had not received any prior communication to respond to.

We do aim to respond within the timeframe stated on our website, though response times can occasionally be affected by periods of unusually high enquiry volume or messages requiring additional review.

Hi Grant, we’re very sorry this order arrived so much later than expected, especially as it was meant to be a Christmas gift.

Unfortunately, UPS misplaced the parcel in transit, which caused the extended delay despite expedited shipping having been selected. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient that would have been at such an important time of year.

Because of the delay, we refunded the expedited shipping fee.

We’re also sorry for the repeated review-request emails. Those messages are automated, but we understand how frustrating they can feel after an experience like this.

I’m really sorry for the frustration you experienced; that’s completely understandable.

It looks like your original portrait was unfortunately lost in transit.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement to be shipped. I can see that the new portrait has been successfully delivered on Feb 12.

Hi Lewis,

We’re sorry to see this review, but we do need to clarify the situation for accuracy.

Your order (#20624) was placed for a digital portrait, not a physical item. Your proof was sent in August for approval, which is a required step before any final portrait is delivered.

After you later reached out, we re-sent your completed digital portrait. At that point, you mentioned you had intended to receive a physical canvas.

Although this was not part of the original order, we went ahead and produced and shipped a physical canvas to you at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture.

The canvas was shipped via USPS and marked as delivered.

We do acknowledge there were delays in some responses during a busy period, and we apologize for that. However, the statement that you “never received anything” is not accurate — both the digital portrait and a complimentary physical canvas were provided.

We’re sorry to see this feedback and understand how frustrating that must have felt.

After reviewing your case, we did locate your earlier message regarding an address change, which unfortunately was missed at the time. As a result, your original order was shipped to the initial address provided.

As soon as this came to our attention, we arranged a free replacement with express shipping to your updated address, which was successfully delivered shortly after.

We do acknowledge the delay in responding to your earlier email and apologize for that. However, the issue was resolved promptly once identified, and a replacement was provided at no cost.
