Will keep your money - I am still waiting
After waiting some months for the compensation claim to be made (which I expected) I received an email from Refundor in April that "[airline] has approved the compensation and the payment has been received from the airline!" sounds like good news, however after taking their cut Refundor has still not paid me the compensation money and seem to be keeping it.
So they have my money, and my bank details, and it is two months later and they have stopped responding to my emails. Fine up until the point they have your money and then no contact! When will I get my money Refundor?
Update 07/08/23: Now has been over 4 months, and still nowhere nearer getting my compensation. Refundor you have my contact information. My claim is 3Q8-H2M-TV4. Please sort it out as it's a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

Non payment of received compensation.
I set up Refundor as the agent to make a claim against Qatar airline for a flight last August I am still waiting for transfer of funds despite them informing me that the claim had been successful. I am now having to resort to legal action as they do not reply to my emails.

I'm really happy with Refundor as defender of passenger claims.
I'm really happy with Refundor as defender of my flight cancelation claim. It took a while (10 months) but the Airlines company finally paid. I just want to thank Refundor for their efficiency. Strongly recommended to other passengers when having a problem

Please be aware and deal directly with airlines.
They will get you to sign paperwork to instruct airline that they are acting on your behalf. Once the payment is released by the airline, they will keep the money and keep messing you around by saying nothing has been received yet!!!!
Very poor and cheap tactics to make money from people.

I used this claims company because it was recommended to me by a friend
I used this claims company because I could not get any joy with a refund for a flight delay with Qatar Airways. During the process Qatar Airways informed me that my claim had been handled by Refundor and that all compensation had been paid to them . After emails had been sent to Refundor I have still to receive the money that has already been paid-out . They are holding my money and no doubt making the interest on it. Refundor where is my money ?

Easy submission of the claim and prompt refund
Easy submission of the claim, excellent communication (email followed up by a phone call of it took me more than a few days to answer), prompt reimbursement. Overall everything was easy and enjoyable.

I have sent my request back in July and…
I have sent my request back in July and more than 4 months after I just got one reply to my e-mails. They leave you in the dark . Please , upgrade your customer service , hire more people , train your staff . You need , more than anything , make your clients feel safe cause that was the reason we contacted you in the first place . To ask me to sign the papers to begin the process was very fast … after that … disappointing.

No response to emails.
I submitted my claim back in August, I was finally given a date in October that I was supposed to be paid for my claim, still have not received any payment/money. I have been trying to get in contact with anybody at this company for 2-3 weeks now as to why and no one is responding to any emails. Literally one of the worst support experiences I have dealt with.

General experience review
As a person that doesn’t usually likes to deal much with customer support, the entire experience was quite exceptional. I know it can be a tiresome process, yet, Refundor was nothing short of excellent. I was accompanied trough the whole case, and I felt my case was in good hands and being taken care of and that’s reassuring. 4stars
Company wise, I’m pleased. It’s well known there will be bureaucracy to deal with and, despite all the work and time involved, I got full compensation in the end which was the entire objective. 4 stars
Overall, I’m pleased with the company and, if I find myself again in the same situation, I’ll definitely be using their services again. Thank you for the a quick, effective and agile process as I got my compensation in just 2months. 4 stars

Payment made but poor communicaiton
Though our compensation was eventually paid, the process was stressful. The only communication was via Messenger and there was a constant feeling of being scammed (until the money arrived).
Refundor came good in the end for which I am extremy grateful however communication is very poor. Claim 04.05.22, received compensation 19.10.22

very dishonest company, They got my compensation a long time ago.So far, the money has not been returned.I closed my case with them and turned to another company. the new company who took over my case answered.The airline claims to have already settled with you personally or through another company. In this case, we will not be able to represent your interests and receive compensation.

Mi reclamación fue aceptada en enero y hasta el momento (8 meses después) no he vuelto a tener noticias sobre el estado de esta.
Me respondieron varios días después de escribir este comentario: no tienen noticias sobre mi reembolso. Volveré a actualizar el comentario si al final recibo el dinero.
Actualización: hasta la fecha no he recibido ninguna noticia, ¡ya son 4 años!
