Sent a total of 8 emails to them in…

Sent a total of 8 emails to them in August. In first 3 mails, they were interested in my situation but, Since the September of 2023, there has been complete silence in response to my emails. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the company, suggesting either fraudulent operations or extremely inadequate customer service.
It's not nice of them to bother me like this. If I do not receive an answer by the end of February, I will take legal action.

If I could give them a zero I would. Extremely unprofessional to stop all communication and not reply to numerous emails and messenger messages for MONTHS!! So irresponsible to make me feel they were taking care of the situation and then nothing! They have to be fraudulent in my opinion. No legitimate company would behave in such a disgraceful manner. Now, as another person also mentioned, they have all my documentation and I had put my faith in them taking care of this,now I am unable to pursue other options. They completely ripped me off as far as I'm concerned! It's been over a year!!!! DO NOT USE them!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful treating people like this. Someone needs to shut them down reading all these reviews makes that apparent.

Unreliable Service and Unresponsive Support - 0/10

I've had an incredibly disappointing experience with Refundor.

I've attempted to contact their support team many times to request documentation of the sent payment or at least an update so that I could follow up with my bank. I've received zero response.

Adding insult to injury, they now have all my documentation, essentially blocking me from seeking help elsewhere. I would strongly advise against using Refundor. Definitely not recommended. Claim number QAC-C3X-Q6V.

Te ignoran y se quedan con tu dinero.

Tuve problemas con un vuelo en abril, Refundor no me confirmo hasta octubre que un pago por compensación había sido aceptado, pero nunca he recibido el dinero. Les he escrito por email (varias cuentas), Instagram, Facebook.. todo intento de comunicación con ellos ha sido ignorado.

Case approved but no refund

I contacted them for a claim against wizzair in March and got the claim number 6C5-J7F-F7X . Since they told me it will take time I waited and around July I received another email saying Wizzair accepted the refund and asked me for bank account information which I provided. They also stated it may take up to 3 months to receive the refund but as others said, even after 6 months, I didn't receive any refund or any proof from them that wizzair actually sent them any money or how much. They respond randomly to emails and don't provide any proof of what money they received from Wizzair even though I asked about this several times.

Worst worst experience

Worst worst experience, it’s been over a year with nothing, the airline reported that they got back to them but they said they received nothing.

My flight was cancelled in June this year.i have claim compensation for three people. Refundor confirmed in October that Wizzair has accepted my claim and will issue refund. Since then I have received two emails from Refundor, one that Wizzair paid only for one person and second in November this year asking for my bank details. I can't even remember how many emails I have sent asking for update. I am in touch with Citizen advisor consumer, Citizen advice bureau and I have also emailed UK CONSUMER right and Customer advisor in Latvia for help. Quess what ! Today they have paid me £183 LAUGH. Not sure is it for one person or maybe compensation for poor customer service??? So I need to start again, fight for my money,as I cannot believe it is only 183 pounds.
So disappointed

I think I may have been scammed …

I think I may have been scammed especially reading on here! I had an email to say wizz air where paying and to input my bank details. It said up to 30 days to receive payment. It’s been longer than this and nothing. I’ve sent quite a few emails to two email addresses but no response. Absolutely disgusting! When you have fallen on hard times and just lost your job before Christmas and are given a glimmer of hope that things won’t be as bad for it all to be fake!! Wish I had just done it all myself at least then I wouldn’t have been had over and would have gotten the money I was entitled to

This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM!
I am waiting since March 2023 to get my refund!
Now they got the money and ended conversations.
DO NOT CONTACT THEM OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR REFUND EVER!
This is criminal and should be investigated by authorities!

No answer from Refundor

Hello
I have also received email from refundor from this email address zane.siksnaATrefundor.com and they told me that the compensation has been paid from WizzAir. They told me that it will take 2 months for them to send the money. The confirmation email was sent of August 24 -2023. The 2 months have passed and they are not answering any emails on any method of contact. I have searched their website and they do not have any address or any detail about the company. I think there is nothing much to do except to go to a lawyer and make a complain and find out their details from WizzAir.
I think they just don't pay and they are scamming people

Refundor not paying my refund

I have been waiting for over a year for my compensation from delayed flights, refundor have confirmed that they have received the compensation from brussels airlines that is owed to me and have held onto it and not paid it to me, I have emailed numerous times and still have no confirmation date that I will be paid, I have been liaising with Phillip but he is now ignoring my emails requesting payment, I think the company may be a scam company and would recommend not using them to pursue compensation claims for delayed/cancelled flights

4 moths since airline paid the claim, no money from refundor

Claim registered with Refundor (after previously successful and quick claim) on 19th July 2022.

16th June 2023 email from refundor confirming that the payment from the airline has been received not approved but received.

it is now 18th October, i did not see a penny from the claim, redundor does not respond to any emails since July 2023.

I have checked with the airline, they confirm that the claim has been settled and compensation paid on to Refudnot on 16th June 2023 so over four months ago.

I am afraid this is a scam, they keep your money for ridiculous amount time most likely from my research they invest the money for extra profit without consent of the claimant.

I have tried contacting refundor on several occasions. I appreciate you take your cut of 20% which is absolutely fine, but i did not agree for the claim funds to be held for indefinite amount of time.

My first claim was successful and quick, money paid within days from claim settled by the airline. I will most definitely not use refundor ever again, nor will i ever recommend to anyone. All you are doing is losing your reputation and turning potential customers away from you. Almost all feedback is very poor on all websites i can find.

I really hope this was just a glitch in your system and miraculously i will be surprised with money as paid by the airline less 20% of your fee in my account soon!

I have been waiting for over a year for compensation that the airline has already paid.

It's been over a year, and I haven't received any letters or any communication from the company. Claim MJ5-1FM-YD6 (Austrian Airlines, flight cancellation without notification, two passengers) was filed on August 24, 2022. The company informed me that I should wait and not contact the airline. I followed their instructions, waited for almost a year, and didn't receive a single letter during this period. I tried to contact them, but got no response. I gave up hope and reached out directly to the airline. They informed me that they had paid the compensation in full. I informed Refundor about this, but they told me that the airline was deceiving me and that they completely denied that the flight was canceled (even though this can be quickly verified). I waited for some time and checked with another company that specializes in passenger rights protection. Within 3 days, the other company informed me that they couldn't do anything because Austria Airlines had acknowledged the flight cancellation and had already fully paid the compensation. However, no one informed me about this. I can only assume that my money is "stuck" with Refundor, and I won't be able to get it back. This strongly resembles a scam, even though the company could have earned much more by simply paying people what they are owed on time and keeping their own percentage. I didn't want to believe it was a scam until the very end, but it's been over a year, and I've received confirmation from two sources that the compensation has been paid.

Waited from June 2022 until October…

Waited from June 2022 until October 2023 for compensation only to find out that they've taken 50% plus of the compensation money.

Money was received from Easyjet by Refundor in December 2022. Many, many emails and phone calls later we received just £438.89 of the £1040 due.

This company should not be allowed to trade. AVOID REFUNDOR.

Will continue to email the company to try and get what is rightfully ours - this is a rip-off.

We will also contact Easyjet to persuade them not to deal with Refundor in the future.
