- further to my earlier review but the payment doesn’t reach you until the end of the month or even later. I have just chased them.
I will still use them nevertheless. They should let us know that that there won’t be an immediate payment.

Efficient, professional & friendly service

I can only assume that previous…
I can only assume that previous positive reviews have been paid for, as they just don’t align with the woeful state of this company.
Instructed to collect a debt well over a year ago. No communication or updates.
When I left a negative review on Google, the company claimed no knowledge of my account.
The company is now pursuing me for an additional £99 fee. What is this fee for?
Could it be I’m paying for an incompetency add on? Well it’s not necessary, the level of incompetency included with the original fee to ‘collect’ a debt is sufficient.
Avoid this company!

Please don’t ever use this company, they won’t collect your money instead they will take money off from you. If they can’t they will take you to court and put you in to more debt. I have all evidence anyone want information contact me.

7 days after sending across details to Redwood, they've managed to get payment from a client I'd given up chasing years ago. Wow!
I feel stupid for not having used them sooner. I simply didn't think it was worth the hassle... but little did I know it would be so straight forward.
Redwood didn't ask for paperwork or contracts to be signed, just the invoices due and a reason why the debt was owed. That was it!
For any small business owner who has people/companies owing money, you really want to consider letting Redwood work their magic!

Well what can I say since inception and the first phone call with Roan and talking through our company issues and what we were owed we were passed to Darren he became our account manager and form then on in we had the best support network you could ask for any issues Darren addressed with fantastic stature and professionalism- he managed to get our account settled 37k including interest and charges we couldn’t have asked for a better result or service happy Xmas to us and all at Redwood fantastic debt recovery and litigation service
