Beware hidden fees!
They failed to recover the debt and seemed far more focused on extracting fees from me instead. I was quoted £440 for a Sheriff’s order, yet the invoice arrived nearly 40% higher than the original quote. Communication was poor throughout, and their tactics felt deliberately designed to squeeze extra money from customers. Additional admin fees were even “added by mistake” and only removed once I challenged them. Overall, a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.
