The team couldbt have been more helpful getting it sorted.
Havent received customer care as good as this since the 1980’s!!

Poor
I ordered two bedside draws from Relaim Nation and had to wait about 12 weeks as one was out of stock. I finally got a delivery date however only one of the bedside draws were delivered. I have since been chasing Reclaim Nation but I am just told they are following up with the delivery company as they think they have the item. The only time I receive communication from RN is when I chase them and the responses look like AI so I am not impressed. I also need to add that the set of draws i did receive are very slightly damaged but I haven't bothered to follow this up.

We’re very sorry for the delay with your order and that only one of the two bedside drawers was delivered.
We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after waiting around 12 weeks due to one item being out of stock. You should also not have had to keep chasing us for updates, and we’re sorry that our communication has felt unclear and impersonal.
We have been following this up with the delivery company, as the second item appears to have been lost in transit. We are now arranging for a replacement to be sent out to you.
We’re also sorry to hear that the item you did receive has some slight damage. Our team will review this with you directly as part of getting the outstanding issue resolved.

My experience with Reclaim Nation
Easy ordering. I was kept up to date on my order. The delivery went very smoothly. Given a date and delivery time window. The gentleman telephone myself to advised he was 20 minutes away the delivery went smoothly. They placed the large cupboard in the space we requested. They were very helpful and friendly. I am delighted with the quality and would definitely buy from this company again.

Beautiful furniture
We have bought from reclaim nation before, furniture beautiful, really well made and love the wood so much. Customer service excellent, lead times are sometimes a bit longer but they keep you informed, well worth the wait, delivery really quick once they have the furniture, the delivery company are excellent.

We're very happy with our table & bench…
We're very happy with our table & bench from Reclaim Nation. The month long wait for delivery was worth it. Sadly the bench came with a few 'dinks' on edges that needed to be sanded down before catching on clothes or skin, immediately. The damage must have been done at source as the packaging was more than sufficient.

Fine craftsmanship!
We bought a new dining table and bench from reclaim nation and we are over the moon with our purchase. The guys who delivered the table were polite and professional, the table arrived very well packaged and putting it together was nice and easy. I'm really impressed with the craftsmanship of the table, especially the extension mechanism. Really well done and thought out. My only slight issue was that the delivery was after the 3 week window but only by one day. I'm not going to drop my five star rating for that.

Excellent customer service, kept me updated as the delivery was running slightly later than original planned.
The quality of workmanship is beautiful, I purchased the Exeter Console table and sideboard which looks amazing in my lounge.

Beautiful furniture, worth every penny!
Ordered a sideboard after having previously purchased a dining table and a coffee table. All pieces are simply stunning. Communication from order up to delivery was faultless. It's rare to find great quality, hard wearing furniture nowadays but was lucky to find this company!

The product is great but the delivery is terrible
The product is great, very solid and matches description, love it.
Only downside is the delivery company, no issue once they came to deliver it, sent 2 guys and put it where we wanted it, but organising that was painful. The delivery company only give 3 days notice and there’s no negotiating or booking it, they give you a date and you say yes or no, if you say no then you have to wait till they text again with another date, this will continue until you say yes, and you have no idea when they will text again as it just depends when they’re back in your area. I did read the bad reviews on the delivery company and unfortunately they’re true. But the table is great, so if you can put up with the crap delivery then go for it.

Bought the como
Bought the como. Didn’t take the hubby long to put together almost single handed. Looks perfect with the bench. Would recommend especially as it makes me feel I’ve done something to help the environment
