The color of the item I purchased is not what was pictured or described; it is more brown than red. Although I am disappointed in this reality, the item is very good quality so I do not want the hassle of returning it.

They actually accepted the bag from rebag.com and then rejected not given me second chance;(

Quise comprar una bolsa LV además de la Chanel y no pude. No aceptan efectivo y tampoco se pudo con tarjeta de débito no con mi tarjeta de crédito digital. No tienen terminal para poner el nip. Y yo solo llevaba tarjetas que necesitan nip por lo cual no pude comprarla. Me parece que deben tener un tipo de terminal donde se ponga el nip.

So far, you have given my trade-in zero value in spite of a RealReal invoice from a few months ago showing we paid $660 for the legacy purse. I am expecting an explanation, because without it there will be a Google Review revealing your totally unreasonable actions. This is my honest review. I have been purchasing from Rebag for a few years now. In the beginning it was great but lately the items purchased do not match the description on the website.

Bags have been poorly packed and conditions not as expected.
The more popular Louis Vuitton items are being sold higher than the Louis Vuitton store and they’re used. I feel like Rebag is taking advantage with pricing. If you buy a bag from them and want to trade it in, be careful because you can loose a lot of money down the line.

Rebag takes so long to inspect and release your funds and credit, when you are not pleased with the bag that was sent you. It all a bit frustrated. So I think I will not purchase from Rebag anymore.

Everything. From canceling my order to delivery. I never got my order. Plus every two (2) days someone trying to use my account to order and getting denied.

Item really nice and clean. Received item within a week.

The bag with pochette was incorrectly advertised on the listing, and when the pichette didn’t arrive in my order I reached out and was only offered a $50 credit/refund for the lack of it being available. I find that disappointing given the fact that those on their own are often resold for $500+… and while I wouldn’t expect that much refunded, I’d hope for a bit more heartfelt effort given it was their error in the listing. The handbag itself was as listed thankfully, but definitely disappointed that I have no pochette through no fault of my own.

Experience was great. Simple, direct and bag arrived in a matter of days. Authentic just as described. Very pleased for using Rebag for the first time.

Product was exactly as described, fast shipping, great price

The bag I got this time was labeled “very good” there was significant scratches on every corner . I tried to chat with a stylist at first but never worked every time I clicked chat it redirects me to a different page . I had to pay $66 to ship bag back to have the package insured . Now I’m still waiting on a check to be reimbursed. Needless to say I probably won’t be buying from here again !
