My experience with selling to Rebag has…
My experience with selling to Rebag has been great. I was scared to sell because I heard of all the negative about how long it takes to pay. I choose to drop off my items at a store and that the employees were super nice and made the process easy. They told me 30-45 days I would receive my money and they were right. I contacted Rebag after day 30 of business days to see when my funds will be added. The Employee Guilherme was very nice and quickly got back to be and told me my funds will be available tomorrow and they were. I did have problems with trying to wire out my money because the code was not being emailed in time for me to enter it before the code expired. I emailed Guilherme and told him my problems I was having and he told me to try again and he will email me quick the code. And it work, so happy for Guilherme for helping me. People like him made my whole Rebag experience worth it. I will definitely sell to Rebag again.

Bag was not photographed on the " inside" (zipper pocket down the middle/blocking the middle) so the intent of the bag was to fit something inside that would NEVER have fit. Waste of my time.

I'm very impressed with my Celine bag! This was my first time buying a pre-loved luxury handbag. The description was in "very good" condition, and I would actually have put this handbag in "excellent" condition, it basically feels new! It's beautiful. I would have liked to see Re-Bag's packing be better. For the price of the bag and how it was shipped was a little disappointing but overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Possible fake bag and bad customer experience
Bad customer service lost a customer over $20. Asking customers to pay for a shipping service they’re not getting should result in a refund of the service not received. Not at rebag!
I also question the authenticity of the bag, there are no defining marks and it came from Asia, which is always a sign of fake bags.
Shameful rebag sells fake Asian goods as authentic.
