Horrible “customer service” if you can call it that. Bought a travel bag that smelled strongly of marijuana and they told me it was a food smell to cover their butts. Disgusting!

Worst service and customer service

well firstoff ive had to repurchase the bag 3 times from your site due to shipping restrictions next ive ordered the bag now 8 days ago still no tracking info and trying to get a live body on the phone to find out whats up with the purchase has not been easy its a robot that at the end tells you to leave a message so yes it has not been the best situation to date

It is absolutely impossible to contact Rebag by phone. I wasn’t able to get through after multiple attempts. I like my bag but customer service stinks.

The process took toooo long. Getting a hold of an appropriate person to discuss the status was not smooth. Supposedly my SA that texted me for guidance was not always available( hit or miss.) The transaction was not process correctly. Then finally Marcus got involved to correspond with me at the last minute to insure merchandise purchase transaction was done correctly.

Offer is very low and even worth the time and effort for me to request for a quote. Very disappointed!

Is very very good

I loved downloading the app and getting a price for my bags from them instantly. The free shipping was nice too! Once they received my bags, it took them almost 2 weeks before I heard back from them and they lowered the price just a little bit on each bag, which I was really surprised that they didn’t lower it more than they did. The one downfall that I found with them is there are no instructions anywhere on their website as to how long it’s going to take two number one review my bags and then how long in between that before they put the money into my wallet which took over a month. They tell you 30 days when you email them to ask them but nowhere on that website did it say it was gonna take that long. Not only that, but once I did receive the funds in my wallet, it charged $60 to have it put over into my account so yes in the end even though it was convenient I lost money on the two bags that I sent them. Trust me, sell them elsewhere.

Ordered a $1500 LV purse and didn’t look anything like the picture online. Now I have to pay $50 to return it. So be careful what you buy from this company.

Great customer service, fast transaction.

This was my first purchase from Rebag, and I'm impressed. The LV tote I purchased was in fabulous condition, almost like new--yet Rebag humbly rated it as "Good." More highly-rated bags must have never been used. I couldn't be happier with the quality and the great deal I got.

It arrived quickly and carefully packaged in a custom cover bag, similar to those new designer handbags come in. Overall, a great experience!
