Our phone support is 7-day a week, 12 hour a day (9am to 9pm). The phone support staff usually handles questions very quickly. I understand the buyer agents can be aggressive and they only have the best interest of the buyer in mind when working with you. But smart home owners like yourself understand how the MLS works. They can leverage our program save a ton of real estate commissions. Of course, we also have 1% professional consulting service available where we will coach you through out the entire process. Negotiation is a big part of the transaction, most of the time, we save our home owners more than 1% when we are the ones to deal with the aggressive buyer agents.

Not sure why your email is registered as one of our sellers. We are an A+ rated company by BBB for the last 10 years and care very much about our reputation. Over 90% of our customers gave us 5 star reviews. Please help us by either remove your review or at least make it a neutral rating.

Bad experience when trying to list a lot. No one was able to help me or was familiar with that process. Do u list property in Ocean County?

Great service at a great value
Was great to work with them to sell my house in the Spring/Summer of 2017! For someone that has the time and knowledge to do the leg work, for the price they offered a great service at a great value.
Largely didn't need to interact with them, and response was mostly thorough and timely when we did. If I HAD to pick one thing to improve, it would have been that, but it really wasn't an issue.
I would definitely use them again.

Anyone can Sell with help from RealMart
From start to finish everything was explained throughly. I felt so comfortable. Anytime I had a concern I would email and within 5-10 minutes I had an answer. We sold our home for full asking price. I’m still shocked! I have recommended this company to everyone. If we need to sell a house in the future we know where to go!

We used Realmart to sell our NJ home. This is the 3rd like-service we’ve used and the first time in NJ. The process of listing the home and making changes while listed was quite simple. In the end, our home was sold and we saved at least 3% more than if we’d listed with a realtor.

Realmart equals Real aggravation
Very little assistance was available to answer questions placing my listing. The person answering several phone calls was totally clueless as to forms, procedures and the process.
Throughout the process other Realmart staff then made calls to me demanding adherence to numerous regulations and threathened to fine me for violations.
Much aggravation could have been saved by having a knowledgeable person answer calls for assistance!
Realmart was real aggrevation.

2nd time I sold a house myself using FOR SALE BY OWNER & REALMART
It is important to read everything that you need to do and to do them by the required date.
You are somewhat on your own, but RealMart was quick to answer any questions and guide me through the process.
I used RealMart to get on the MLS listing. You have to take the pictures and answer the phone calls and show the house, ect. I chose to do all those myself and only paid the initial fee, nothing extra.

Great service, friendly helpful people. Got questions? Just give them a call- someone will pickup and answer them for you. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with them. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about signing with them, but I was mistaken. Like I said, great service AND I saved thousands!
Let's be honest here, with the advent of the internet everyone that is looking for homes looks for them online. You know what your looking for, does a realtor? The only thing a realtor does is to get you in there to see it.
For that they receive 3% of your selling price,? Really?
