They make it easy for responsible sellers to represent their own properties for sale. Realty Mart functions as a sellers broker and provides the same support as any local realtor. Con artists will scam you! They do things that are illegal and pay people off to shut them up. Stay far away from them!

Had a good experience using realmart. I would use this service again. One thing to keep in mind you have to upload all the docs as you go through the process. Contract, changes after attorney review, docs related to any negotiation after home inspection, etc. You will get an email from realmart if you don't so they stay on top of your listing.

I used the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan from the Realmart Realty to sell my property. I have had a wonderful experience during the whole process. It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. Realmart Realty is highly recommended.
