I've rented through ALH for the past 3-4 years and have no complaints. When I first moved in, the prior tenants had not fully cleaned the property or dispose of items left in the attic, and I was provided a gift card for my inconvenience. Additionally, they've always been responsive to any repairs I brought to their attention, their communication to/from the property owner/HOA to me was always fluid, and they even waived a lock-out I once had after accidently locking myself out of the house.

My leasing relationship has now come to an end, the move-in/out process were both smooth, and if I'm ever seeking to rent again I'd gladly return.

Marina, thank you very much for a positive leasing/rental experience and for always being available, professional, and very responsive to any needs I had. I greatly appreciate it.

BEST landlord company ever. Very responsive to all concerns. Any issues that I have are addressed within 48 hours but most times less than 24 hours. I highly highly recommend

Amazing rental company... They go out their way to make there renters happy and they are attentive with home repairs.

This company, overall, is great, however I have had one major unwanted undesirable issue that has yet to be resolved since I moved in five months ago. They are prompt with response but not so prompt with resolution. Otherwise, I have had a great experience with ALH Podland Realty.

Had an awful experience in renting a property. This was nothing to do with the quality of villa but it’s simply down to the worst customer service I’ve come across. Firstly we had the original villa we had booked cancelled a week before travelling. The member of staff “helping” was aggressive and confrontational during us trying to find a new property. Sadly this demeanour carried on to when we arrived at our Villa, the gentlemen checking us in flipped out every time we asked for anything or queried anything. When checking out our deposit was held for 120 hours, when we were told it would be 72 at most. Fulvio the member of staff in question shouted at my wife when she enquired as to where our funds were. We stay in Ibiza annually but will never use this company again on this mans attitude alone.

This has been my best moving experience ever! Thank you Marina for making this transition so easy. Looking forward to being with you a long time. I love my house!!

We lived in one of their rental properties for 3 1/2 years and had a wonderful experience with the management and maintenance staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
