So far this has been an easy process to use RealMart to sell as FSBO and get on listings.

The email response are quick. However, too much paper work to fill. I had to fill out the same information twice. Once on the web site and the same thing on paper. Realmart really need to simplify the process. It took about a day to do all these!

This is the 5th time I am working with Realmart so that alone tells you how satisfied I am with them. They are extremely organized and their system is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Easy to use from the start of the website research to signing up for an account. The website let me work at my own pace - I could do a section at a time each night and then finalize later. It was easy to contact support during the day via phone or email.

There are 2 things I want to mention - not completely bad but should be informed to new users. The listing from the submit time goes quick. We submitted the package at 11 PM on Tuesday night. We get a notice it was uploaded & posted at 2:30 pm Wednesday. At 430 THE SAME DAY we had a request for a showing. Later that night when we got our mail delivers there was the for sale sign - the basic ' cheap' one. We called - they said the 'more expense metal' one we paid for will come in 1 to 2 weeks. (It came saturday during the showings. We had 4 showings total before the metal sign came - a 5th one afterwards and 3 really good offers by Monday. So we never used the sign - the only way to return it was to drive it a ways to return it to their office or spend a lot to ship it back - it is an oversized box and heavy.

The second thing I did not notice for a few days - is to be careful of the agents that come. The give you a sign in sheet. Many of them don't. And the ones that do - do not completely put their affiliations and sometimes they have cards that are not from the 'big realtors. Be very mindful as realmart has agents working for them. I felt uneasy as they might be an unfair competitive advantage, but it all worked out and was fine in the end.

So overall a great investment in saving money as long as you have the time to do the leg work and research yourself.

so far so good. The listing went onto MLS almost immediately. I have some reaction already. Some questions about the procedure need to be cleared with Realmart.

This is the second time I have used Realmart Realty--Have had a great experience both times. Great way to save money & time.

Realmart is an excellent and cost effective service to sell your House in New Jersey.
They gave me personal attention when issues come up as they always do during a Real Estate sale. They answered emails promptly when I had questions.

Easy way to sell. Expect to to badgered with automated emails about your responsibility as a seller to keep RealSmart updated. Otherwise it’s worth doing this yourself.

My experience so far has been very positive. Anytime I've called to update information or add photos the customer service team has been extremely responsive and professional.

Realmart Realty was extremely effective at getting prospective buyers to my home and because of them we have a contract on my home within 2 weeks from being on the market. We saved thousands in relator fees.

I was hesitate to use the flat fee MLS services as a FSBO, I didn't want to use an agent because of the large commission I would have to pay. But I realized that the more people that see my house the better position I would be in. The set up easier than I thought it would be (not simple, just not as complex as I anticipated). And at $399 fat fee and $100 for open house postings it was a GREAT decision. Within minutes of going live, I got a phone call. Within days I had 2 showings. Having an open house tomorrow and I am anticipating a full house.
