It was great not having to pay a realtor but you get little to no support with Realmart so make sure you have a good attorney.

All positive! Timely responses to any inquiries; helped with suggestions on posting pictures in addition to language needed for MLS forms; reminders when I needed to extend listing were also helpful. Kudos to Realmart and a particular thanks to Karen B - you were great!

The service provided full online marketing service on all major websites including zillow, realtor, etc. I sold my house within a month without paying 5% commission. That really made a difference!

I've recommended realmart to multiple friends since selling my home. If you're in a good market where your home is going to sell easily then you'd be crazy not to do a little more work and try to sell it through a broker and save yourself 2-3%
