I phoned first to check how it all worked and the guy I spoke to was very helpful.
Ordering was easy. Delivery came exactly when they’d told me.
Our dog absolutely loves the food and having suffered with inflammatory bowel disease her whole life - she has never been so healthy and happy as she is now! Wish we’d made the change to this food years ago!

Easy to order and good communication
Ordering was easy and the price is very good. Delivery was delayed, due to the courier, but I received a phone call promptly to inform me. I was also given a bag of treats as compensation. I will use that s company again

Has been great food for my rottweiler up until recently …
Has been great food for my rottweiler for a year now after changing from middleton due to sending out fully thawed food but it's now starting to follow suit..
The "hear me raw" slabs defrost quite quickly compared to the thicker tubes of frozen dog food and my last order of "slabs" i had to throw out 8 slabs out of a 40 slab order as they had already browned from pink and were warm as well as 1 side of the delivery box.. I chanced it with 4 other partially defrosted slabs which gave my dog diarrhea for a few says. Rest of the slabs were ok.
1star removed for the waste so far and another star will be removed each time this reoccurres hopefully it doesn't happen.
Slabs are better for storage and defrosting but now switching back to the thicker tubes due to thawed slab wastage on delivery

Products for my senior dogs looked…
Products for my senior dogs looked perfect. Just arrived today so I haven't fed it to them yet..

Oh my god. My 3 little dogs absolutely love the senior heart shaped meals. I am trying to get some weight off of all of my fur babies so this raw food will help, as long as mummy can keep their portions right, which is difficult when they want MORE..
This was my 1st order and I will definitely be ordering regularly.

When we first started raw feeding
When we first started raw feeding, we tried various other suppliers. We kept going back to RDFCL and have stayed with them. They have competitive prices and a good variation of different suppliers, so our dogs always get a good selection of raw food. They drop the food off to a fairly local pickup location, so it is easy for us to pick up our order. Will carry on ordering from them while we are raw feeding.

The website was easy to navigate, the choice is brilliant, next day delivery is a massive plus for me, 1 item the didn't have until the morning after but still gave me next day on the friday to come Saturday that's cost more, now that sold it for me, a lovely lady rung me and explained the items where not in stock until the next day and offered me a refund or Saturday delivery, fantastic service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Happy to have switched
We’ve just switched to Raw Dog Food Company from getting our raw food direct from a butcher. I love that it’s delivered directly to my door. The pricing is competitive. The descriptions of the different products on the website was helpful and gave me clarity in what I was ordering (to avoid chicken due to allergies). My dog is loving the different flavours and we’ve been happy with the quality. Will definitely be using them again. Have downloaded the app for next time so hopefully that will be even easier!

Little choice in bundle
My dog has been on a BARF diet from a pup. We've tried many brands and he generally eats all, with the exception of some flavours he clearly doesn't like, like goose for an example. But that is the flavour not the brand meal. I have been buying naked dog for a while and cancelled my subscription as I wasn't really happy with the amount of plastic containers. He has a chicken intolerance so I ordered the chicken free bundle. The image showed salmon, oily fish and tripe, as part of the selection, which I thought would be great as he loves fish. I realised it would be a random bundle but did not expect to receive just beef and lamb mixes. Unfortunately he refused to eat any of them and they ended up being thrown away. Whilst I know he can be a fussy eater, he only turns his nose up at certain flavours and regularly eats beef and lamb complete meals.
Further to your response, I absolutely ordered the chicken free bundle from you. It was not naked dog. I wrote this review after receiving an email from you asking to write a review.
Please don't try to negate my review by telling me I did not order from you.
