Since Bulmers changed to Dibo the quality has gone down hill, I had to return 20 pack of tripe with oilly fish as it had gone off. The two shops I used have stopped selling it due to returns and quality issues. I’ve been recommended Winston’s which is the old Bulmers

I’ve fed my dog raw chicken complete from Bulmers last 3 years, since takeover and new labelling the food smells really bad. Going to find alternative.

Über 20 Jahre war ich Kunde, ich schätzte die Qualität und die Beratung. Jetzt ist es vorbei, meiner Meinung nach hat die Qualität erheblich nachgelassen, in etlichen Dosen war viel schieres weißes Fett und die sachkundige Beratung ist auch Geschichte.

I've always bought Bulmers raw dog food and found it good, but they have changed the recipe recently and the label and now it's like liquid blood rather actual meat. It's runny and has no substance so I will be taking it back for a refund because it's just liquid now, not meat

Dieser regional in Burscheid (Rheinland) ansässige Tierfutterhersteller ist voll zu empfehlen. Ich fahre schon seit fast einem Jahrzehnt dort einkaufen. Die Hunde von meiner Mutter essen wie wild und gierig das Dosenfutter auf. Unfassbar

Ich hatte blaue Kunststoffteile im barfbeutel. Ich dachte mir , OK kann Mal passieren. Habe das dem Hersteller mitgeteilt incl Chargennummer und Bilder des blauen Kunststoffs. Als Antwort kam dann nur das davon nichts bekannt sei. Kein Ersatz oder ähnliches, nur tut uns leid.

This product is supposed to be free flow, but its always in a lump. The mince is like mush when defrosted, dog refused to eat after a few days. branding and packaging looks expensive but product is awful.

ich habe einige Tiefkühlbeutel Kaninchen Barf der Firma DIBO gekauft in unterschiedlichen Zoofachhandeln. In den Beuteln mit 100% Kaninchen Fleisch habe ich eindeutig Hühnerfleisch und Hühnerhaut gefunden! Mein Hund soll per Ausschlußdiät aktuell kein Huhn bekommen und wenn ich Huhn wollte, könnte ich das sehr viel günstiger bekommen als das teure Kaninchen (versetzt oder gestreckt mit Huhn obwohl 100% Kaninchenfleisch auf der Tütendeklaration steht). Das ist Betrug!

I ordered DIBO beef gullet for my dog, and several of the gullets inside one of the packages had a bluish-green discoloration. I contacted DIBO customer service, and they casually brushed it off, saying that it was just due to veterinary inspection and that I could safely give it to my dog. I then consulted a veterinarian, who told me that such an inspection substance could potentially harm a sensitive dog if ingested. I informed DIBO about this and suggested that they should indicate the possible presence of this substance on the packaging. In response, they were extremely dismissive. I will never purchase products from this company with questionable quality and terrible customer service again. It was a huge disappointment how condescending they were in handling this situation.
