Always easy to order, many different brands and flavour to choose from, good choice of collection from their stores or delivery at cost. I would happily pay to have my food delivered if I couldn’t get there for collection
When you look at your food as you transfer it to your home freezer you can tell that the food is well stored in their industrial freezers….

Raw feeding cats experience
I have cats and make my own cat food.
Unfortunately the choice of different ingredients is getting much less and often things are out of stock. I have been shopping with you for 8 years and the choice and quality was much better initially. Needless to say they are fussy and do not do well with any food changes.
The online ordering works well!

I completely understand that a fussy palette can influence brand and product preferences. I know our Retail Manager earnestly works to secure the specific items you know your cat eats are in store, and if a greater quantity is required, is delivered from our distribution centre to be in store the next day.
Please be assured our product range has tripled, adding greater variety and choice, yet still maintaining the quality we expect from our DEFRA approved trusted suppliers. Many of the manufacturers we represent use, where possible, locally sourced, free range, grass fed or organic, and all use 100% British ingredients. From a DIY perspective, in addition to new brands and products, we still entrust the same brands historically; though over time, product rationalisation is inevitable, as the DIY raw feeding requirements change and evolve.
We pride ourselves on our robust stock holding capacity. In fact, we consistently sit between 98.7% and 99.3%. Within the industry, products do become out of stock for a multitude of reasons; due to season, protein shortages (both traditional and novel proteins), delivery or manufacturing delays or within the business, sudden demand. We apply both external and internal factors when securing quantities, however, sometimes items do become temporarily unavailable, though they are promptly replenished or another alternative given.

Terrible company, communication is non existing, promise to deliver and change the delivering date to more than 10 days later, and did not inform us, only discover it after chasing them, after saying that I was disappointed the lady put the phone down on me. Don't recommend it at all.

Staff are lovely, but website confusing
Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately your app is unfriendly and I most admit the website ordering is not user friendly. For example even if you order for collection, the site still insisted I put in a shipping/delivery address, very confusing, its not till you get confirmation does it confirm click and collect.
