Excellent customer service
I bought a heavy angel chain as a first time customer and then hours later they did a sale, I asked for a price match (adjustment) for the difference in cost and they honored that request. I am happy to see that RR cares about their customer base and I will be buying more items in the future and also recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again Grace, and also Emily.

quick delivery, great earrings. they look sick. i do wish these had screw backs instead of push backs, but they haven’t really caused any issue at all

As I told you on Paypal, usps made a mistake where they accidentally released tracking numbers that were still in use. That is why it looks like your package is going somewhere else. Love it but it might scratch
I got the black ones and they are beautiful! Slightly heavier than what I like but is manageable for 8 hours. I did notice that the black color did scratch off which I was a bit torn since I was pretty careful with storing them away
