I came to the store & was assisted by Jeremy. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, patient & efficient. He went above & beyond locating a shirt & I honestly have to say I’ve never encountered (& I’m 76 yrs old) anywhere a sales person like him. He deserves a raise!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and clean

The male sales associate that helped us was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and helped us as we shopped. When we couldn't find what we wanted, he placed an online order for us.

Website easy to use, response for confirmation of order timely. Did store pick up, was greeted and assisted.

Manager was great! Good experience.

I love shopping at Rally House because they have quality merchandise and a great selection. Also, the staff is super friendly and always helpful.

Did not realize it until we got back to NC that the salesclerk didn't put a dry Fit steelers shirt and a Troy Polamalu color rush jersey in my bag. I bought a steelers 1/4 zipper coat a TJ watt jerseys 4 terrible towels, Huddie and some steelers stickers and fridge magnets spent near six hundred dollars.

I went into the store for an item that was on sale on the internet. The store did not have the item and everyone there helped me figure it out. The floor helper sent me to the manager. The Manager searched the web and had a sales associate place my order on line. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was there Monday 12/1 around 4:00 PM

Great store with everything you could imagine for any team in Pittsburgh! Loved it!

Great selection and friendly staff, but the prices are getting out of hand. Nearly $50 for a TShirt and almost $100 for hoodies and sweatshirts. That’s crazy!

I tried to use my new email sign up discount but I was told I couldn’t. This is the second time I am unable to use this type of discount. A few years ago same issue.
