Very very helpful did not get her name I believe she was the manager she helped with ordering online items thanks again

I ordered an item that was out-of-stock in one store but in-stock at another. They told me that it would be at my house in a couple of days (this was December 3rd). The Rallyhouse notification told me it was delivered but it never was and the UPS tracking stated there was damage and currently has been sitting at "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather" status since December 5th.

When I called the original Rallyhouse (where I was in-store talking to the clerk to complete the order), they told me there was nothing I can do. When I call the main Rallyhouse corporate number, it's all automated and it suggests to "text me" and a person will call me back in 8-hours or so.

When I call UPS, they told me that they are waiting on someone from Rallyhouse to get back with them and so far, no one has talked to them. Apparently the package was inappropriately packaged.

It is now December 15th and there was been absolutely no movement and no care about my missing package. I will also be informing the better business bureau. Rallyhouse shipping and lack of customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Buyer Beware!!! I’m very disappointed by the poor quality of merchandise and the poor customer service. I purchased a pullover in July and after having worn it once and washed it once, the logo is peeling off. I contacted customer service and was told “tough luck”, because I was past 120 days. Do not purchase from Rally House!

Young woman that helped us was awesome. She found just the right items and size. Checkout was a breeze. Guy was friendly.

Online they are misleading about what's available and when it will ship. Customer service is hard to reach. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using them online.

The whole staff was super helpful for this clueless uncle. I have boys and do not understand girl's sizes (14 year old niece) but I found her a gift she will love.

This is one of the larger stores in Overland Park, Ks. I went in very early on a Sat. morning 12/13/25. A young lady greeted me as I entered, made eye contact and a smile asking if she could help. I told her what I needed and she directed me to the product. I had a very nice young man that checked me out with a smile and conversation about receipts and returns. I have been to this store multiple times over the years, this was beyond the best experience I’ve ever had!

The store is a treasure trove of apparel and gifts. Almost overwhelming!!
The checkout girl was by far the most personable and friendly worker in the store. We needed some help finding certain things, she was the only one that ASKED if she could help or help us find something.

The employees were very helpful. They had the jersey my grandson wanted for Christmas. And the price was competitive with other places.

I love the selection, quality and sizes available but they are high-priced. Also, when I accidentally picked up/purchased a wrong size, I attempted to call the store to ask if they could hold the needed size for an exchange, the automated response did not have the option to talk to a real person.

They tried to send me Pom Poms but I put down my old address in another state. They sent me the same order again, free of charge, even though the first shipment was delivered and not able to be forwarded to me.

Shopped there yesterday for Christmas gift. I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me because she spent a lot of time looking for various items. Overall experienc was great and it's fun to look at all the sports stuff.

Many of the shirts and sweatshirts are hung so high you cannot reach them. Why are a lot of your products displayed so high that customers cannot look at them or try them on?

My experience was positive, there is an overwhelmingly awesome selection to choose from.

Honestly. Accidentally ordered or received the wrong team logo on a glass mug for a Christmas present. Tried to call Rally to get the order number for an exchange, but only found a computerized system that wasn't able to help me or transfer me to a human being. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I can’t even speak with someone on the phone regarding a jersey. Online it says they switched to AI and other chat methods due to high call volume… yeah what a great idea, we get so many calls LETS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL…. Won’t be buying from them anymore since I can’t even call to ask a quick simple question. They want you to cOmE iN. Ridiculous. Hope to see the company fail

I was greeted at the front door and asked if I needed help. Told her what I was looking for and she took me right to it! This was my 1st time in this store. Jam packed with everything you can imagine. Great service

I was able to get help walking in the door. She not only directed me but took me to what I needed. Very pleasant assistance and the same with cashier. Was disappointed, no boxes.

Wide selection of any sport you are looking for. The staff was very helpful.
