Had to cancel an order; I did it through text, it was quick and easy.

I originally Ordered a size large sweatshirt and was sent two size 3 xl t shirts. Needed for Christmas so they expressed shipped the correct item (it was their fault anyway) to me and said I’d need to return and wait on refund for the t shirts sent. I mailed The t shirts back — after several “we didn’t get “ emails and waiting—— they finally refunded. Never again will I order from here

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RALLY HOUSE ONLINE. I placed an order on 4/17 with an expected delivery date of 4/22. I was charged for the order before it shipped, and started receiving delivery exception notices within hours of placing the order. I called nearly ten times over the following week, and the automated phone system never allowed me to reach a human. The website said there was a customer service chat function, but doesn’t have a link to start a chat. I tried email assistance three times, and never received a reply. I finally got connected to a human on my second attempt with text service, and she quickly confirmed my order was lost and issued a refund.
I have never encountered a less effective customer service system in my life.

I cancel my order, but they have not given me any credit yet. I will NEVER buy online from them again.

Only one of two items delivered but site says both were. Don't be fooled by all the friendly looking “contact us”. You cannot reach anyone. The bot is a useless timewise. Now I’ll have to call my credit card company to get a refund. Total scam.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They sent me the wrong item that I ordered, and on top of that when I reached out they expected me to print, package, and ship the wrong item in order to get the item I originally ordered shipped over. Customer service wasn’t friendly or helpful.
Absolutely Terrible
I placed an order on 4/2/2026. The order has not yet arrived as of 4/13/2026. When I call Rally House Customer Service, they don't answer the phone. When I text Rally House Customer Service, they stop responding. It is evident they have no clue where my package is, nor do they care. The Rally House Customer Service is extraordinarily poor. Either get me my order or refund me my money, ignoring me is not the wright way to fix things

Inspect any t-shirts you receive by mail before you ever wear them. Ordered about four shirts after IU won their championship and Rose bowl and the Big ten. Two of the four found holes in them after only one wear and one wash. All they would do is give me 10 bucks back per shirt that cost 50 bucks. So I paid about $80 for two holy t-shirts.
Bad customer service and shipping
I ordered a sweatshirt and it did not come in the mail. I called a month after I did not receive it, and I could not get in touch with a human on the phone. After 2.5 months, I called them again. I spoke with a manager. They sent me a replacement, but would not give me a discount or partial refund on the order. It was a gift I needed, so I still paid full price for a sweatshirt that took 2.5 months to arrive. They gave me a discount on future orders, but I will not be shopping at Rally House again.

I will never order from this company again. I placed an order on February 9th. It was supposed to ship the 13th, then the 20th, & now 3/7. Part of it is a birthday present. All I get is the run around. Not even a slight compensation for all the trouble. If I could have given negative stars I would have!!!! Will not be ordering from here again!!! 🤬🥰🥰🥰
Don’t Buy from Rally House
Jerked around by customer service for days. I still don’t have half of my order for my husband’s birthday and it was supposed to ship a week ago.
Don’t buy from their online store and beware their prices are incredibly high.
Rally house at Jackson Outlets
I visited Rallyhouse at Jackson Outlets in NJ. Nicholas helped me place an order on line for item not normally at their location. He was extremely knowledgeable and so professional. He is an asset to your store!

This was, without question, one of the BEST retail experiences my daughter and I have ever had.
We traveled all the way from Denver, Colorado to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday, and as a huge NBA fan (especially the Timberwolves and Anthony Edwards), this stop meant everything to her. Edwin and Sarah didn’t just meet expectations — they absolutely blew them out of the water.
From the moment we walked in, Edwin took the time to explain the differences between the player card decks, breaking down why Rally House offered better value and a better overall product. It wasn’t a sales pitch — it was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Both Edwin and Sarah made easy, fun conversation with us about favorite teams, sports passions, and even got to know us on a personal level. It felt real, warm, and incredibly refreshing.
What stood out the most was that we were treated like people, not just customers. They went far beyond “ringing us up” — they built rapport, created a memorable experience, and made my daughter feel celebrated on her special birthday. That kind of care is rare and unforgettable.
Because of Edwin and Sarah, this wasn’t just a shopping trip — it became a core memory my daughter and I will always treasure. Their energy, kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm represent the absolute best of what customer service should be.

Extremely disappointed in customer service provided by Rally House. Certainly sizing issues are going to occur. Your return and credit policy is very cumbersome and inefficient. My returns were received on Jan 12 yet no credit or replacement has been processed. Brand F is vastly superior. I thought I would give RH a try but you have lost my business. Goid Riddance

HORRIBLE
Stopped in the store on my way home from work and was not greeted or acknowledged (I was the only one in the store) when walking around. I had picked out two sweaters and asked to use the restroom and was told restrooms aren’t for customers and no. I was about to purchase 2 sweaters and maybe a 1/4 zip (that’s about $275). I left. Lifelong Badger fan that purchases lots of apparel but not from here. The two sales kids didn’t even hardly look up from their phones.
Thanks Taco Bell for the bathroom and Kohls and Dicks for the sweaters and shirts.
