I am not able to log in my account on…
I am not able to log in my account on 1/16/2026 and it is just very frustrating to encounter the login issue but cannot address it immediately as I do need to access my savings. Now I have to wait atl east 3 days including the MLK holiday to be able to call the customer service. As a professional financial marketplace, it is just a red flag for customers to continue trust the platform.

Bad Instructions left me dry.
Followed instructions for change of bank. Now was told that previous agent did not have the correct information. An email was promised before end of day to advise what else was needed. Email never came, Monday is a holiday and I'm stuck without any way of moving my funds

Better savings than with bank…
We were searching for a better place to put our money than in our bank savings account where it was doing hardly any growing. But we wanted to be able to access it if we needed it for an emergency or any other special need. Raisin helped us find the right high yield savings account to accomplish our needs and our savings are growing much better than a regular bank savings account.

Terrible platform when you need to…
Terrible platform when you need to start moving money around. We are closing escrow and just found out I should have started a week ago. They have extremely long delays to go from bank > cash to available for transfer. They do not offer wires and can only transfer to another bank account.
Wish we start a week ago - escrow will likely be delayed by a week... just heads up - was told by support - the time to receive your cash is 4 to 5 business days.
