Resolved the issue that placed my account on hold but, the rejected incoming funds request from the external account should not have happened since documentation provided correct information so that had the data from the bank statement been used instead to the mistyped data that I could not see once submitted, the request would have been accepted and the transfer made as intended.

Raisin is difficult to do business with and every transaction I attempt is fraught with issues and delays. Simple things like switching from one bank account to another - jumping through hoops - just like all the other complaints - scanning verification, bank statements, voided check finally done weeks later and then go to use the account to make a deposit and BAM - locked out because the account number is incorrect. How is that even possible after what I went through to link it! Also why should that impact my access to my other accounts. Working on day 5 of trying to resolve my account issue and now have to get verified all over again. Completely lost all trust and confidence in this institution and cannot wait to pull my money out and go somewhere else. Lesson learned! This is an archaic business that does not have the technology or staff to perform this service effectively. Safe yourself the time and frustration. Go somewhere else.

Was expecting information, like confirmation of accepted application for a CD or account number or some data about deposit of my money, etc, etc. I have other CD in other banks and I use to receive proof of transactions. I THINK ALL THIS COULD HELP WITH EXPECTATIONS. Thanks

Raisin is the worst company in the world! Warning: Don't do business with Raisin! If you want a terrible experience go there. You won't be disappointed! Opening an account is a trial of never ending requests from them including copies of your existing bank statement. And you can't short circuit the endless experience. It goes on and on. After you initiate a deposit it begins and you can't get your money back until you have gone through hell and high water!

Great rates *and* a responsive, can-do customer service team willing to operate on a human level.

A few weeks ago i wanted to transfer some funds to my checking account from my C.D. What i did was the opposite. Today I reached out to Raisin for assistance and had the pleasure of speaking to ( Jack O'C ) I have reached out for technical support many times over the years, but Jack just had a special way of making everything right again, and mostly his sense of humor was the icing.
