Being an online service can make it a bit confusing - especially with ALL insurance companies having *add on* options. My last years insurance was with RAC... renewal wasn't good enough. Did a search for more acceptable which came back up with them... surprisingly!
Kept getting emails for the renewal so their setup doesn't realise there was TWO car insurance docs in my account - the new one and the old one!
Time will tell if I need to claim how good they are...

It was very frustrating over a 2 to 3 week period to eventually receive a copy of my Insurance documents.
I made about 5 phone calls to eventually receive my documents which had to be sent to my e mail address manually. Your self serve contact just would not work
