Great, home service at the same time you can talk to mechanics and you can see what his doing, great experience!

Brilliant service and incredibly convenient having the mechanic come directly to me. Turned up as arranged, was knowledgeable and got everything sorted efficiently. Saved a lot of time and hassle compared with taking the vehicle into a garage.

This is already the second year I’ve had my car serviced by him, and once again I’m very impressed with his work. He is an excellent mechanic — very professional, friendly, polite and reliable. He takes his time to do the job properly and explains everything clearly. You can tell that he really cares about his work and his customers. I’m very happy with the service and I feel confident knowing my car is in good hands. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy mechanic.

I was delighted with the whole experience of having the car serviced at home. I was kept informed as to when to expect the engineer. Altogether excellent.

After being transferred from different teams(recovery team, breakdown team etc) about 5-6 times, I was finally transferred over to RAC Mobile Mechanics. I got through to Saahil and informed him with all the issues I was having after a breakdown and getting my vehicle back on the road once it was towed back home. Saahil spoke to the relevant team and took full ownership of my call without me having to speak to any other team again. He was very helpful, patient and polite . He is an asset to his team and Customer Service like this should recognised. Thank You!

I would highly recommend having your car serviced at home. It was so easy to book and I was kept informed when the RAC mechanics were on their way. The mechanics were very polite, friendly and helpful they explained everything to me and then when they finished even took the time to help me going through the app to pay. I was greeted with a smile and they left with a smile wich is so rare these day's. Thank you.

Was phoned to say what time he was arriving , arrived on time,polite very helpful explained what he was going to do,after service explained with advisory what I should keep my eye on.
This service for me was perfect being disabled I didn't have to take to a garage and get taxis to get me there and back to pick car up again.very convenient for me and 100% would use again.thanks Ahmid.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable mechanic (Jamey), but took a couple attempts to book and get my report post visit. Would use the service again as the mechanic was so good.

Very expensive just for a diagnostic plug in, £99 then a further £100 to try and clean the filter, which was unsuccessful, having RAC insurance and breakdown cover already, you would have thought the diagnostic plugin would have been no charge. I don't think I'll use this service again, it's also made me think twice about renewal of my RAC breakdown cover.

Mechanic Kyle was amazing had me fixed within a short time a pleasure to meet a very nice lad a credit to the rac
