QHC Was a fantastic service, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

It was straight forward, but pointed things out I hadn’t noticed when doing the snagging list with the builders, majority of the work found has been done, pointing and Groundworks to be completed, if I hadn’t done this I wouldn’t have been none the wiser, pays off to get an independent person to do it, would highly recommend, great job

David was really helpful and friendly when it came to my mountain of questions when looking for a home Snagger, he came highly recommended by many other people and I’m very glad we listened. He conducted our post-completion survey pre completion of the property and we received the survey report in excellent time for us to be able to send over to our new build company. I would definitely recommend David to anyone in the north east looking for a new build Snag specialist.

We are so pleased that we used David at Quality Home Check to carry out a snagging inspection on our new build home in Whitby. His attention to detail is second to none, his comprehensive report was filled with photographs of each area of required action and our Developers agreed to complete all repairs highlighted. I don't believe we would have noticed a fraction of the issues ourselves. The report from a professional left no opportunity for the Developers to wriggle out of their responsibilities. Worth every penny.

David did our snagging when we recently moved into our new home. He was very thorough, went through some findings in detail and compiled findings we didn’t even notice ourselves or things we wouldn’t have thought to ask. Very professional and the report was worth its weight in gold.

David, a polite and experienced QHC inspector, was prompt to arrive on the day and did a fantastic job looking minutely at our new build property in York. A very easy to understand and precise post-completion inspection report was prepared and sent across, which I was able to send as is to the developer for getting remedial work scheduled. All in all, I would highly recommend QHC and David to anyone purchasing a property. Don't go by people telling you to skip such inspections; as first time buyer are very very unlikely to pick up the issues an experienced inspector like David and QHC can.
